Job Description
Chase Media Solutions harnesses the power of Chase to help brands connect more meaningfully with 80 million Chase customers. Our transaction-based marketing platform leverages first-party data to expertly match businesses with audiences, inspiring valuable relationships that last through the Chase Offers program. As part of Offers & Shopping and Connected Commerce, we drive incremental growth for merchants while helping Chase customers level up how they shop and get more from the brands they love.
As a Senior Associate, Client Success Manager within Chase Media Solutions, you will report to the Client Success Team Lead and foster strong relationships with clients through an engaging, consultative experience for brands and agencies by delivering value through our Chase Offers platform to maximize revenue growth and retention. If you have account management experience, client centric mindset, excellent organization and communication skills, and are passionate about growing a new emerging media channel, we would love to hear from you.
Job responsibilities
  • Cultivate strong client relationships as a consultative expert from onboarding to execution to upsells and renewals

  • Coordinate with cross functional teams including sales, operations and analytics to onboard, execute and deliver client campaigns

  • Lead onboarding process for new clients

  • Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner

  • Identify upsell and growth opportunities by uncovering client needs and objectives

  • Monitor and report on campaign performance to identify trends and opportunities for optimization and growth

  • Conduct readiness meetings, check-ins and campaign read-outs with clients

  • Capture client feedback to help inform sales/marketing strategy, process improvements and productenhancements to better deliver for clients

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • 3+ years of account management, sales or relatedclient-facing role withinthedigital media or performance marketingindustry

  • Demonstrated customer-focus to meet and exceed expectations across multiple clients and deadlines

  • Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams to problem solve and deliver for clients

  • Strong communication, organization and interpersonal skills with strong attention to detail

  • Understanding of the digital media landscape and the role of account management to deliver successful client solutions

  • Proactive, sense of ownership to deliver for clients in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing, and growing environment

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Vertical expertise in key consumer categories such as grocery, dining, gas & convenience, retail, travel
