Role Overview:

As a Senior Associate, Lifecycle Marketing, you own the tactical execution of GTM lifecycle campaigns across email, SMS, and in-app messaging, focused on pre-enroll, awareness, consideration, and acquisition stages.. You partner closely with Sales, PMM, and Analytics to support GTM initiatives, demand generation efforts, and targeted acquisition campaigns. You manage day-to-day campaign workflows from concept through deployment, using your marketing instincts to deliver timely, personalized communications. You collaborate closely with design, content, and analytics partners to optimize campaign performance, ensure compliance, and deliver value across the pre-enroll customer lifecycle. You also contribute to process improvements and act as a go-to resource for operational best practices within the team.

What you do each day:

  • Manage end-to-end execution of lifecycle campaigns, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and performance
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders to align messaging and creative with campaign goals
  • Monitor performance metrics across channels and proactively identify optimization opportunities
  • Conduct and document A/B tests to inform campaign improvements and boost engagement
  • Partner with Sales and PMM to support pre-enroll initiatives and improve KPIs
  • Execute acquisition and pre-enroll campaign strategies across key segments
  • Manage high-volume stakeholder requests while maintaining prioritization discipline
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to campaign logic, asset delivery, or platform configuration
  • Ensure compliance with regulations including GDPR, CAN-SPAM, TCPA, and other standards
  • Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance campaign efficiency and effectiveness
  • Demonstrate ability to leverage AI tools to improve workflows, streamline execution, or enhance outputs

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
  • 4+ years of experience in lifecycle or digital marketing, including hands-on campaign deployment
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new marketing technology platforms.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Iterable, Braze, Marketo) preferred but not required.
  • Strong understanding of lifecycle strategy, campaign performance metrics, and user segmentation
  • Familiarity with compliance standards related to email and SMS marketing (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, TCPA)
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to improve workflows, streamline execution, or enhance outputs

Location Dependent Information

This role is open to candidates and the expected salary range for this role is $68,000-$81,000. The specific salary for the successful candidate will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location. This role is also eligible to participate in Housecall Pro’s equity plan and the following benefits: health care insurance (medical, dental, vision, disability), employee assistance program, 401(K), flexible time off, paid parental leave, tech reimbursement, and other company benefits.
