Your role at a glance

The Senior Associate Specialist, Treasury supports the execution of core treasury operations, with increased responsibility for accuracy, timeliness, and coordination of routine treasury activities. This role independently manages assigned operational tasks, supports reporting and compliance requirements, and contributes to maintaining effective treasury processes and controls.
The Senior Associate Specialist works closely with Specialists, Managers, and cross-functional finance teams to ensure consistent and compliant treasury execution across the organization.

What we are looking for

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Treasury Operations Support

  • Execute daily cash positioning and liquidity tracking activities for assigned accounts or entities.
  • Monitor bank balances and investigate routine variances or discrepancies.
  • Process treasury transactions in accordance with established policies and approval frameworks.
  • Maintain accurate treasury records, schedules, and supporting documentation.

Banking & Account Administration

  • Support bank account administration activities, including documentation, signatory maintenance, and KYC updates.
  • Coordinate routine bank account onboarding and changes under established procedures.
  • Maintain and update banking master data in treasury systems and internal trackers.

Reporting & Data Preparation

  • Prepare routine treasury reports, dashboards, and reconciliations with a high level of accuracy.
  • Support preparation of short-term cash-flow forecasts and liquidity schedules.
  • Ensure timely delivery of treasury data to Accounting, FP&A, and other stakeholders.

Compliance & Controls Support

  • Execute treasury processes in line with internal controls and policy requirements.
  • Support internal and external audit requests by preparing documentation and responding to information requests.
  • Identify operational issues, data inconsistencies, or control gaps and escalate appropriately.

Process & Systems Support

  • Support updates to treasury process documentation, SOPs, and templates.
  • Participate in system enhancements, testing, and data validation activities.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives aimed at increasing efficiency and accuracy.
  • Assist in training and knowledge sharing with Associate Specialists.

KNOWLEDGE & ATTRIBUTES

  • Solid understanding of treasury operations, cash management, and banking processes.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to manage routine tasks independently and meet deadlines.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to investigate and resolve discrepancies.
  • Effective communicator and collaborative team member.
  • Proactive in identifying issues and opportunities for improvement.
  • High ethical standards and respect for financial controls.

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS & CERTIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

  • 2–4 years of experience in treasury, finance, accounting, or banking operations.
  • Experience supporting cash management, bank administration, or treasury reporting activities.
  • Proficiency in Excel.
  • Exposure to ERP or treasury management systems is preferred.

PHYSICAL requirements

  • Operate computer, peripherals, and other office equipment.
  • Perform work during US business hours and time zones.

WORK CONDITIONS AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS

  • Travel may be required.
  • Perform work from a remote location with stable internet connection.

Compensation Pay Range

"This is a remote position that requires reliable internet connection and electricity. A monthly stipend is provided to cover expenses associated with working remotely and use of a personal mobile device.
NTT Global Data Centers Americas, Inc. offers competitive compensation based on experience, education, and location. Base salary for this position is $88,600.00 - $110,200.00.
All regular full-time employees are eligible for an annual bonus; payout is dependent upon individual and company performance.
