As part of StratOps, you’ll help translate strategy into action by supporting company-wide planning, leading strategic initiatives, and improving how teams operate. You’ll work closely with cross-functional leaders to bring structure, clarity, and measurable outcomes to high-impact initiatives. As An Active Member Of Our Team, You Will...

• Partner across functions to drive high-impact initiatives such as annual planning, tiger teams, and exec initiatives
• Conduct analyses, synthesize insights, and develop recommendations that enable better business decisions
• Drive special ad-hoc projects from inception to completion in partnership with business leaders to enable state changes in the business
• Manage and improve business cadence for key company-wide rhythms and cross-functional reviews (e.g., board meetings, QBRs, MBOs)
• We are a remote-first company and work happens across many time-zones – you may be required to occasionally perform duties outside your standard working hour

If You've Got It - We Want It

• Experience: 5-7 years in corporate strategy, consulting, or business operations roles at top firms or high-growth tech companies
• Strategic Execution: Skilled at turning ideas into plans and following through to completion; manages multiple initiatives independently
• Problem Solving and Insight: Analytical thinker who can structure ambiguity, connect data to insights, and propose practical solutions
• Communication and Influence: Strong written, verbal, and visual communicator; comfortable presenting findings to leaders and peers
• Collaboration and Teamwork: Builds productive relationships across teams, balancing logic and empathy to influence decisions
• Adaptability: Thrives in fast-changing environments, asks good questions, and adjusts plans based on new information
• Bonus:
  • Experience in B2B SaaS or data infrastructure companies
  • Familiarity with the IT and Security data ecosystem
  • Exposure to company-wide planning, metrics, or business cadence management
  • Comfort using AI tools to accelerate analysis or process automation
  • MBA or advanced business degree

Salary Range ($125,000 - $180,000)

The salary for this role is dependent on geographic location. The salary offered within the range described will be based on the individual candidate’s job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.  In addition to a competitive salary, Cribl also offers a generous benefits package which includes health, dental, vision, short-term disability, and life insurance, paid holidays and paid time off, a fertility treatment benefit, 401(k), equity, and eligibility for a discretionary company-wide bonus.
