Furthermore, the Contractor shall refine user access controls and core portal functions, simplifying the process for users to seamlessly navigate the environment, submit support tickets, track requests, and access Confluence self-service resources.

Design Configuration and Plugin Management

Design the Atlassian tools implementation (Jira, JSM, Confluence) in accordance with industry best practices. Configure projects, spaces, and workflows to meet documented requirements. Evaluate, implement, and maintain third-party plugins/add-ons to extend portfolio capabilities. Document all system configurations and architectural decisions.

Advanced Integrations and Enhancements

Design and implement Generative AI (GenAI) integrations and features (such as automated ticket triaging, intelligent virtual agent responses, automated knowledge base drafts, and work summarization) to drive operational efficiency. Assist in and create custom integrations for other required enterprise tools, specifically Elastic/Elasticsearch. Continuous identification and implementation of performance, UI, and capability enhancements to optimize the NCTE Work Management Infrastructure.
