Integrant is seeking a high-potential early-career marketer to help execute programs that create awareness and qualified opportunities with US enterprise buyers. This is a hands-on learning role for a recent graduate with two relevant internships who is strong in writing, research, organization, and data. You will work closely with marketing, sales, technical subject-matter experts, and external partners.
Compensation: $75,000 to $120,000 base salary, Final compensation is determined by directly relevant B2B technology experience, enterprise campaign ownership, and demonstrated pipeline impact.
What you will do

• Support the planning and execution of B2B campaigns across email, LinkedIn, webinars, paid media, events, and outbound programs.

• Research target industries, companies, buying committees, competitors, and market trends to improve ICP and account targeting.

• Create and coordinate campaign assets such as email copy, social posts, landing-page briefs, presentations, webinar materials, case-study inputs, and reports.

• Maintain campaign calendars, project trackers, asset libraries, and approval workflows with accuracy and follow-through.

• Build basic reports from CRM and marketing platforms; monitor engagement, lead flow, conversion, and campaign performance.

• Work with sales to support lead handoff, audience feedback, and follow-up activities.

• Coordinate with designers, agencies, and internal SMEs to keep work on brand, accurate, and on schedule.


Requirements

What you bring

• Bachelor’s degree completed within the past two years in marketing, business, communications, economics, analytics, or a related field.

• At least two relevant internships in B2B marketing, technology, SaaS, consulting, sales enablement, demand generation, communications, or a related area.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to turn complex topics into clear business-facing content.

• Strong attention to detail, ownership, curiosity, and ability to manage multiple deadlines.

• Comfort with Excel or Google Sheets and confidence using data to understand campaign performance.

• Authorization to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.
Preferred

• Internship experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, Mailchimp, or similar tools.

• Portfolio of writing, campaign, research, event, social, or analytics work.

• Exposure to B2B technology, AI, cloud, software services, healthcare, manufacturing, or other enterprise markets.
