Role Summary

As Senior Product Manager for B2B, you own the product experience for our enterprise customers, from the moment a company enrols its learners to the day it renews and expands.

This is a high-ownership role that sits between customers, our commercial teams and engineering. You run intake for everything B2B. You talk to sales, BD, customer success and customers every week, turn what you hear into a clear, evidence-based roadmap, and decide what we build, what we don't, and why. Then you ship it: admin tooling, reporting, learner engagement and the integrations that make ELSA work inside large organisations.

You sit close to revenue. Your roadmap directly drives renewal rates and expansion.

Key Responsibilities

Run B2B intake and discovery

  • Keep a standing weekly rhythm with sales, BD, account managers and customer success. Join customer calls, pilots and QBRs yourself.

  • Keep one intake backlog. Log every request with the account, the revenue at stake and the underlying problem, not just the feature asked for.

  • Spot the patterns across accounts and markets, and bring them back as product decisions.

Own the roadmap and its trade-offs

  • Sort every request into three buckets: protect renewals, grow existing accounts, win new deals.

  • Prioritise by customer evidence, usage data and commercial impact. Say no clearly when a one-off request doesn't fit, and keep sales and customers on side when you do.

  • Share the roadmap and the reasoning with leadership, sales, customer success and key customers.

Support deals without derailing the roadmap

  • Scope pilots and proofs of concept with sales and BD.

  • With engineering and legal, answer RFPs and security, privacy and compliance reviews.

  • Commit only to what we can deliver, and make sure we deliver it.

Ship the enterprise product end to end

  • Admin dashboards, manager and L&D reporting, LMS and SSO integrations, and onboarding.

  • Zero-touch enrolment and scalable onboarding for large deployments, cutting CS effort and time-to-value.

Keep learners engaged after month one

  • Build the engagement loops that keep learners active. Disengagement in months 2–3 is where B2B churn begins.

Measure what customers and renewals depend on

  • Define product metrics tied to learning outcomes (e.g. proficiency improvement) and account health (active learners, usage depth, renewal-risk signals).

  • Make sure the numbers customers see, such as learning time, levels and progress, are numbers they can trust.

Turn learning data into action

  • Work with the AI/ML team to surface personalised learning paths and coaching insights that administrators and L&D teams can act on.

What You Will Have

Must-haves

  • 5+ years of product management in B2B SaaS or enterprise-facing products.

  • Regular, direct work with sales teams and enterprise customers. You have run discovery and turned it into a prioritised roadmap.

  • A track record of saying no to custom requests while keeping sales and customers on side.

  • Measurable results in enterprise accounts: activation, engagement, renewal or expansion.

  • Experience building or improving admin tools, reporting dashboards or enterprise onboarding.

  • Strong analytical skills. Comfortable with SQL and product analytics (e.g. Snowflake, Statsig or similar) to diagnose engagement gaps and make the case for priorities.

  • Excellent written and spoken English. You can present roadmap trade-offs credibly to executives and to customer stakeholders.

  • A high-ownership mindset. You treat renewal and expansion like your own business.

Strongly preferred

  • Experience in edtech, L&D or HR tech, selling to companies or schools.

  • LMS and SSO integrations (e.g. SAML, SCIM, LTI).

  • Enterprise procurement: RFPs, security questionnaires and data protection agreements.

  • Experience with customers across Asian markets (e.g. Japan, Korea, Vietnam).

  • Hands-on use of AI tools to prototype, analyse and move faster.

What We Offer

  • Flexible work setup: Remote-first for Singapore, India, Indonesia, Malaysia; hybrid model for Vietnam.

  • Comprehensive employee well-being benefits.

  • Free ELSA Premium courses to polish your language skills

  • Collaborative, international team culture.

  • Opportunity to contribute to a fast-growing, well-funded Silicon Valley startup with global impact.
