Own client acquisition and revenue growth from first touch through long-term partnership at Hellyeah — an autonomous ad optimization agent that replaces the entire media buying stack. Work directly with founders to build pipeline, close deals, and shape the GTM motion across mobile, gaming, AI, and tech. Selling a product that sells itself once people see the data.

Must Have:

Existing network in China and broader Asia across mobile apps, gaming, AI, or digital marketing that can be activated immediately. 3. Self-directed in ambiguity — can generate qualified pipeline from rough market signals without hand-holding. 4. Hands-on CRM experience (HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar) with automation for outreach/pipeline management. 5. Genuine curiosity about AI, growth infrastructure, and customer acquisition.

Nice to Have:
1. Experience selling developer tools, API-first products, or infrastructure software 2. Understands paid acquisition language (CAC, ROAS, attribution, creative testing) 3. Built a BD/sales function from scratch at an early-stage company 4. Experience with agency partners or channel sales
Responsibilities:
Own business development and partner relationship growth across China and broader Asia. Build and manage senior relationships across mobile, gaming, AI, and digital marketing ecosystems. Generate pipeline, open strategic doors, and convert high-value partnerships and clients. Work closely with product and engineering to translate Asia-market signals into GTM and product decisions. Help shape the Asia GTM playbook as an early revenue leader.
