We are looking for a senior, hands-on visual designer who will own and elevate Neural Concept’s brand execution across all external and internal touchpoints.
You will work at the intersection of brand, marketing, product, sales, and technology, translating complex engineering and AI concepts into clear, premium, and human-centered visuals.
Your work will directly shape how Neural Concept is perceived by customers, partners, and the broader engineering ecosystem — from first touch on the website to deep product and technical storytelling.
This role plays a key part in supporting our mission to empower engineers with AI and accelerate the transformation of industrial design.
This is a unique opportunity to build and scale a visual language for a fast-growing deeptech company, with strong exposure to brand, product, and strategic initiatives.
What you will doOwn, evolve and maintain the brand visual system
Lead the execution of Neural Concept’s visual identity across all channels.
If applicable – collaborate with an external branding agency to elevate Neural Concept’s brand identity and translate outcomes into usable internal guidelines.
Ensure long-term consistency and quality across brand assets.
Design core sales and marketing assets
Create and maintain slide and presentation templates (master templates, flagship decks, sales decks).
Design one-pagers, visual FAQs, and modular assets for sales enablement.
Support one-off presentations upon request for leadership, sales, or events.
Produce web, social, and public-facing content
Design visual assets for the website (hero sections, landing pages, blog content).
Create visuals for LinkedIn posts and campaigns (static and light motion).
Design thumbnails and covers for videos and public content.
Design newsletter templates for both product updates and the global company newsletter
Ensure visual consistency across formats and platforms.
Support events, campaigns, and partnerships
Design visuals for flagship events, NC-owned events, and Go-To-Market campaigns.
Produce co-branded assets with strategic partners (e.g. NVIDIA, Microsoft).
Ensure strong visual coherence across all external touchpoints.
Create video, motion, and product storytelling content
Produce light motion design and animations for social content, product demos, and presentations.
Film and edit videos such as leadership interviews and product demos.
Collaborate with external creators when needed.
Leverage AI tools to accelerate content production while maintaining quality.
Translate product & technology into visuals
Create product- and technology-focused content (illustrations, diagrams, videos, light technical slides), in collaboration with Technology Marketing.
Turn technical or internal material into clear, public-facing visuals and videos.
Support internal communication
Design templates for product changelogs, release notes, onboarding documents, and internal communication.
Improve clarity and consistency of internal-facing materials.
Experience & Skills
6+ years of experience in visual, brand, or content design (B2B, tech, or deeptech preferred).
Proven experience creating and maintaining brand identity systems.
Strong portfolio demonstrating brand, digital, and presentation design.
Experience working with technical or complex products and translating them into clear visuals.
Comfortable owning projects end-to-end, from concept to final delivery.
Design & Tools
Strong mastery of Figma & Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign; After Effects is a plus).
Experience with video editing tools such as Premiere Pro and light motion design.
Familiarity with Webflow or CMS-based web workflows is a plus.
Bonus: experience with AI creative tools (e.g. Midjourney, Runway, etc.).
Bonus: sensitivity to photography and basic photo equipment (composition, lighting, shooting).
Collaboration & Mindset
Able to work closely with Marketing, Product, Sales, and Leadership teams.
Comfortable managing priorities across multiple initiatives.
Structured, autonomous, and quality-driven.
Experience collaborating with or managing freelancers and agencies is a plus.
Work with a world-class technology team – our engineers are top-notch, and we always aim for excellence.
Benefit from a competitive salary and rewarding opportunities as we continue to scale.
Thrive in a collaborative, multicultural environment where your work is visible and recognized.
Develop professionally alongside talented colleagues who share knowledge freely and support one another.
