There are over 5 billion users using basic applications today such email, notes, tasks, and a list of applications that are not AI-native to organise their lives. Our mission is to build a proactive smart assistant for everyday users to bring intelligence to conversations, errands, organising and workflows, with minimal prompting.

Our product focuses on achieving high reliability for long-running workflows, persistent context, and real-world task completion. The system must handle multi-step reasoning, interact with external tools, and remain reliable despite non-deterministic model behavior. Our objective is to help users complete tasks daily enjoyable with over ~90%* reduced time.

 

About the Role

Define how A1 is seen by the world.

You'll create the visual identity behind our brand across product launches, website, recruiting, social media, presentations, merchandise, and marketing. You'll play a key role in building a global AI brand from the ground up.

 

What You Will Be Doing

  • Develop and evolve A1's visual identity.

  • Design launch materials, marketing assets, presentations, and social content.

  • Design graphics for our website, recruiting, events, and merchandise.

  • Create and maintain brand guidelines and design templates.

  • Ensure consistency across all visual communications.

 

What You Will Need

  • Strong portfolio in visual or brand design.

  • Excellent typography, layout, and visual communication skills.

  • High attention to detail.

  • Proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.

  • Ability to turn ideas into polished visual assets.

Interview process
