Founded in 1975, CAA represents many of the most successful professionals working in film, television, music, theater, video games, sport, and digital content, and provides a range of strategic marketing and consulting services to corporate clients.

The Department
CAA’s Entertainment Partnerships group specializes in creating powerful collaborations between brands and today’s most prolific content creators, talent, directors, writers, producers and IP. Our team connects brands with premium content opportunities across film, TV, social and digital to drive impactful partnerships across the entertainment industry.

Representing today’s most influential entertainment studios, networks, streamers, and talent, we forge strategic partnerships with leading global brands and today’s most exciting creators. We specialize in connecting brands with consumers through pop culture moments, content, and entertainment-based marketing strategies. With expertise across multiple disciplines, we have the talent, knowledge, and relationships necessary to generate the biggest ideas and most compelling content and partnerships to ensure our clients stand out.

The Role

We are seeking a Senior Brand Manager to play a key role in supporting the department’s work with brands across entertainment, content, and partnership initiatives. This role will help drive coordination, research, and execution across multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment between CAA and brand partners while keeping projects moving on time and on brief.

The ideal candidate is highly organized and passionate about entertainment, content, and brand storytelling and is someone who can manage details while also keeping an eye on the bigger picture of how entertainment can drive brand growth.

This role requires a blend of creativity, strategic vision, business acumen, and a deep love for entertainment to help meaningfully evolve brands into culture. The position reports directly to the Content and Marketing Solutions Executive.

Responsibilities

•    Lead and deliver presentations to clients, including C-level executives, during strategy sessions and business reviews.

•    Lead workshops and brainstorming sessions, producing clear outputs and deliverables, and drive execution across the team.

•    Serve as a day-to-day point of contact between CAA and high-profile, top-tier brands, ensuring all projects move forward on time, on brief, and with clear communication.

•    Support team in developing a structured entertainment brief based on brand details such as marketing strategies, audience and KPIs.

•    Independently own and manage client projects from initiation through completion.

•    Conduct outreach internally across agents and externally across streamers, production companies, and studios etc to capture brand opportunities that deliver on the brief.

•    Develop clear, strategic entertainment partnership briefs that translate brand objectives into compelling creative opportunities for talent, studios, and media partners.

•    Develop strategic/creative POV and presentation materials for brand opportunities with rationale as to why they are right for the brand and how it will be impactful in culture.

•    Experience in participation in the development of marketing, strategies, and campaigns that bring brands into culture through entertainment.

•    Track deliverables, milestones, and partner timelines.

•    Support execution management for active partnerships — coordinating across internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth activation and delivery.

•    Prepare and manage meeting agendas, capture notes, and distribute recaps following bi-weekly strategy calls and cross-functional meetings.

•    Coordinate the development and delivery of materials for client presentations, including project updates, strategic reports, and creative proposals.

•    Assist in managing submissions and tracking materials related to original content and integration opportunities.

•    Monitor cultural moments, tentpole events, and entertainment trends to surface new partnership opportunities.

•    Maintain an organized and up-to-date database of entertainment properties, creators, and IP aligned with brand objectives.

•    Support ad-hoc talent sourcing, outreach tracking, and creative project coordination as needed.

Qualifications

•    8+ years of experience in entertainment marketing and brand partnerships, with proven experience managing client relationships.

•    Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

•    Excellent written and verbal communication skills with confidence working across internal teams, clients, and external partners.

•    Creative and strategic thinker who can identify opportunities, connect dots across entertainment and brand objectives, and help shape impactful marketing initiatives.

•    Working knowledge of entertainment, streaming, and digital content ecosystems, including key distribution platforms and cultural trends.

•    Familiarity with brand partnership models across integrations, co-marketing, and original content.

•    Maintain and update a shared tracking document that centralizes all active workstreams, including content development, integrations, co-marketing, and strategic advisory.

•    Strong relationship management skills and professionalism when interfacing with agents, talent, production companies, and studios.

•    Analytical and curious mindset with the ability to track performance and identify key learnings.

•    Proactive, adaptable, and passionate about connecting brands to culture through entertainment and content.
