At MECCA, our Brands & Buying team are at the heart of bringing the world's most loved beauty brands to life. We're looking for a commercially minded and strategic Senior Brand Manager to lead the growth of a key portfolio of brands, including our flagship fragrance partner, Diptyque.

This role is instrumental in shaping brand strategy, driving commercial performance and delivering exceptional customer experiences across Australia and New Zealand.

Working across every area of the business, you'll build strong global brand partnerships, lead go-to-market strategies and identify opportunities that continue to strengthen MECCA's market-leading brand portfolio.

The Role You Could Play:

Reporting to the Head of Category - Fragrance, you will lead the commercial success of a portfolio of strategic brands by:

  • Developing and delivering annual brand and category strategies that drive growth, innovation and commercial performance.
  • Leading brand partnerships, product launches and cross-functional go-to-market initiatives across Marketing, Digital, Education, Retail and Planning.
  • Owning brand performance through financial analysis, forecasting, P&L management and identification of growth opportunities.
  • Setting the commercial strategy for Diptyque Boutiques across ANZ, ensuring strong operational execution and alignment with broader business objectives.
  • Coaching and developing team members while fostering a collaborative, high-performing culture.

What You Will Bring:

You are a commercially savvy brand leader who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment. Ideally, you will bring:

  • Significant experience in brand management, category management or commercial portfolio management, ideally within beauty, retail, FMCG or luxury.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets, forecasts, financial performance and strategic planning.
  • Outstanding stakeholder management and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with both internal teams and international brand partners.
  • Highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate insights into commercial outcomes.
  • A collaborative leadership style with experience mentoring and developing high-performing teams.
