What You Will Do As a Senior Brand Manager you will be accountable for overall brand health and fundamentals.You will Lead, manage and coordinates critical processes related to business reviews and planning, marketing plans, portfolio management and development, market research, new product launches, price strategy, business performance tracking, and multi-channel marketing. Manage portfolio, multiple brands which encompasses building marketing core capabilities in the organization, specifically to Baby & Adults Skincare Brand. Lead all aspects of implementation of improvement plans, databases, and other marketing tools. Coordinates with other functions to supervise and analyze market trends, identify insights from the analysis and build impactful plans to further grow the portfolio!

General Roles & Responsibilities

• Managing portfolio range for SKU and brand efficiency, including SKU rationalization and product lifecycle management.

• Manage the innovation pipeline for the portfolios to deliver product innovation aligned with the brand strategy and consumer insights.

• Project management of innovation with cross functional teams - Development and management of current and new product with regulatory, supply chain and agencies

• Lead and manage product planning and strategy development, execution, control, analysis and evaluation of all activities associated with the portfolio.

• Develop marketing and strategic plans and budgets in conjunction with the Marketing Manager (including innovation, communications, advertising and other activities).

• Review and recommend on business processes and reporting.

• Identifying trends and insights which can lead to new initiatives and growth.

• Review and analyze research and shopper data to drive opportunity identification, deliver key strategic insight projects, develop and manage instore and on shelf strategies at the retail level.

• Collaborating with Sales to set promotional initiatives in-market.

• Prepare brand performance and review presentations on a regular basis as required

What We Are Looking For Required Qualifications

• Strong marketing, commercial and New Product Development experience background with more than 6 years demonstrated ability in an FMCG preferably some experience in baby category brands

• Bachelor's degree

• Significant experience in developing strategy, marketing plans and the execution of campaigns

• Highly qualified / skilled in product portfolio management, business strategy, A&P, budgeting, sales forecasting, market research, and P&L analysis, project management

• Demonstrated experience in marketing communication mediums, including digital, social media and social commerce

• Solid analytical skills

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English

• Leadership experience, driven with great interpersonal skills and assertiveness, has the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams,
