In this role you will

We’re looking for a Senior Brand and Marketing Designer to join our team—someone who combines creative vision with strategic thinking. In this role, you’ll collaborate with multiple stakeholders to craft visually compelling marketing materials that resonate with diverse audiences. From transforming complex ideas into impactful brand experiences to balancing big-picture concepts with hands-on execution, you’ll play a key role in elevating our brand and driving meaningful connections.

In this role, you will

  • Develop and execute creative concepts that elevate our brand across multiple touchpoints, including marketing campaigns, social media, presentations, web, and print.
  • Partner with marketing and content teams to create cohesive, high-impact visual storytelling that aligns with our brand identity and business objectives.
  • Maintain and evolve our brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all visual communications.
  • Design marketing materials that effectively communicate our message while maintaining brand integrity.
  • Leverage data and industry trends to inform creative decisions and enhance brand impact.
  • Collaborate with external vendors and agencies when needed to execute large-scale projects.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in brand design, preferably within tech companies or startups, with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in visual storytelling, typography, layout, and digital and print design.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication (or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
  • An independent problem solver who can take projects from concept to completion, developing compelling creative solutions that align with business goals and audience needs.
  • A strong communicator and storyteller who can present design ideas with clarity, translate complex concepts into engaging visuals, and provide and receive constructive feedback to foster collaboration and growth.
  • Growth-oriented, demonstrating a commitment to continuous learning, adaptability in fast-paced environments, and a versatile approach to brand challenges.
  • Strong web design skills, and an understanding of responsive design principles.
  • Pixel-perfect attention to detail. 
  • Expertise in Figma and Adobe suite applications.

Compensation + Benefits

The salary for this position is approximately $130,000 base salary plus equity and full benefits package. The exact compensation is decided based on many factors, including but not limited to: skills, qualifications, and geographic location.
