This role requires a keen sense of visual storytelling, and the ability to bring ideas to life through captivating motion graphics, video and sound editing.

Join our creative and enthusiastic team, where your innovative ideas will help shape our brand's digital identity and drive impactful marketing initiatives. We look forward to meeting you!

WHAT YOU’LL DO
  • Conceptualize, design, and create engaging motion graphics for a wide range of projects, including but not limited to promotional videos, event stage graphics, social media content, product demonstrations, and visual effects.

  • Streamline the production process by developing sophisticated Premiere templates (MOGRTs) that reduce turnaround times and ensure visual cohesion across all collaborative projects.

  • Partner with Video Editors to weave motion design into live-action footage, ensuring that graphics and effects complement the narrative and enhance the overall quality of the edit.

  • Utilize Adobe applications to edit and assemble compelling assets that align with the project's objectives and target audience.

  • Integrate and direct generative AI workflows to accelerate conceptual exploration and automate technical tasks, allowing for faster iteration without sacrificing brand integrity.

  • Elevate motion projects through strategic sound design, expertly layering music, sound effects, and voiceovers.

  • Advance Snowflake’s motion graphics execution with dynamic interactive formats (e.g. unique web experiences, data connections and visualizations, motion capture, experiential activations, etc.)

  • Demonstrate proficiency in 3D software (e.g., Cinema 4D or Blender) to create 3D graphics and animations.

  • Collaborate with others on the Brand & Creative team to develop strong visual narratives that effectively communicate key messages and emotions.

  • Perform high-end color grading and finishing to ensure all visual assets are polished, color-accurate, and consistent with the brand’s aesthetic across different screens and platforms.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, techniques, and technologies to consistently improve and innovate motion graphics, video editing, and sound editing practices.

  • Contribute to and help maintain a library of graphic elements, templates, and project files to streamline workflow and optimize collaboration.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to synthesize feedback, proactively solving creative challenges to ensure all motion assets align with project objectives and brand standards.

WHAT YOU’LL HAVE
  • Mastery of animation principles, with a sophisticated understanding of timing, easing, and visual rhythm to create fluid, high-quality motion that feels intentional and "on-brand."

  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically After Effects and Premiere. You should have a deep understanding of file optimization, and render management to ensure a smooth hand-off and delivery.

  • Ability to incorporate video and audio elements into animation projects, enhancing the overall audio-visual experience.

  • Strong conceptual storytelling abilities, with the skill to translate abstract creative briefs into polished storyboards and style frames before moving into production.

  • A forward-thinking mindset with hands-on experience using AI-assisted tools to optimize workflows and push the boundaries of traditional motion graphics.

  • Strong communication skills. You can articulate the 'why' behind your design decisions and can translate stakeholder feedback into meaningful visual improvements.

PREFERRED SKILLS AND EDUCATION
  • Proven track record of at least 5 years in motion graphics design, video editing, and sound editing, with a diverse portfolio showcasing your capabilities and versatility.
