Key requirements

Senior Business Analyst with 7 to 10 years of experience. Financial services / banking industry preferred. Retail banking experience is a plus.

Multi-channel Customer Relationship Management Life cycle Experience would be a plus.

Experienced in driving requirements management life cycle including conducting business analysis, requirements elicitation, documentation, prioritization, reviews, approvals, traceability, and maintainability /re use and change management etc.

Demonstrated ability to lead, drive and engage key stakeholders to analyze and understand the business vision and strategy, business problems/opportunities in defining implementable business requirements including functional, usability, data and business rules.

Experienced in quality requirements gathering using various techniques including interviews, use case analysis, questionnaires, brain storming sessions, workshops, reengineering, reverse engineering techniques etc.

Experience in conducting and documenting cross functional product, process, people, customer and parallel initiative impact assessment while engaging and collaborating with multiple impacted stakeholders.

Experience in creating wire frames, screen mock ups, prototypes in defining user interface requirements for enhanced user experience.
