About iLawyer Marketing:

iLawyerMarketing, an EverService company, is the premier digital marketing agency for law firms in the U.S. We’re part of EverService Holdings, a Sunstone Partners-backed portfolio operator with leading brands across legal digital marketing. We specialize in helping our clients generate more leads and signed cases through smarter SEO and AEO, paid search campaigns, and websites focused on maximizing conversion rates. Our scale gives clients access to best-in-class talent and technology, while our focused structure keeps us close to the firms we serve.

Summary of Position:

We’re hiring a Senior BDR to own the top of our sales funnel at iLawyerMarketing. You will be the engine behind pipeline generation, working directly with our Account Executive team to book qualified meetings and create opportunities that move.

This is an outbound-first role. You will prospect into law firms, identify decision-makers, and start conversations that lead to real pipelines. You will support our existing AEs while also helping build the foundation for a growing sales team.

For the right person, this is a launching pad. We are building something here, and the path to a full-cycle Account Executive role is real for someone who performs.

  • Environment: Remote-first, with travel (~25%) for client meetings, conferences, and team gatherings
  • Pipeline: Heavy outbound focused on law firms across the U.S.
  • Tools: CRM, outreach/sequencing tools, proprietary client reporting
  • Team: You will work directly with our Account Executive team to ensure qualified handoffs and a consistent prospect experience. We are a high-performance team that holds a high bar, supports each other, and leaves the politics at the door

You Know You're a Fit If:

  • Outbound is your comfort zone, not something you tolerate
  • You know how to get a busy attorney’s attention and earn enough trust to get the meeting
  • You are comfortable presenting your activity metrics, pipeline contribution, and KPIs, and can speak to them clearly and confidently
  • You own your numbers, wins, and losses both
  • You think in systems and build your own process rather than waiting to be told what to do
  • You are a confident, quick study who gets up to speed without a lot of hand-holding
  • You want to grow into a closing role, and you are willing to put in the work to get there

Position Responsibilities:

  • Execute high-volume outbound prospecting through cold outreach, email sequencing, LinkedIn, phone, and referrals
  • Identify, research, and qualify prospective law firm clients
  • Book qualified meetings and pass well-documented opportunities to Account Executives
  • Build and support pipelines for both existing AEs and future sales team growth
  • Maintain accurate CRM records across outreach activity, conversations, and pipeline status
  • Track and report on activity metrics, meeting volume, and pipeline contribution to leadership weekly
  • Collaborate with the sales team to continuously refine outreach messaging and prospecting strategies
  • Stay current on legal industry trends, competitor activity, and digital marketing developments
  • Other duties as assigned by management

Requirements
  • 3+ years of BDR, SDR, or outbound sales experience, ideally in legal tech, legal services, or digital marketing/SaaS
  • Demonstrated track record of outbound activity and qualified pipeline generation, show us your numbers
  • Experience prospecting into law firms or legal departments is a strong plus
  • Comfortable speaking to SEO, paid media, and digital marketing
  • CRM proficiency and comfort with outreach and sequencing tools
  • Self-directed, accountable, and motivated by results

The starting compensation for this salaried exempt opportunity includes a base salary of $72,000, along with an uncapped commission incentive plan with on-target earnings estimated at between $135,000 to $150,000. This target base compensation is subject to multiple factors, including role level, experience, and location.
