Diagnostic Imaging Centers of Texas (DICOT) and our family of affiliated brands, including Prime Diagnostic Imaging, Memorial MRI and Diagnostic, Desert Imaging, and Foundation Physicians Group, are seeking an accomplished and highly connected Senior Business Development Specialist to drive strategic growth throughout the Greater Houston market.

This is a senior-level role designed for a proven healthcare business development professional who brings established referral relationships, a strong understanding of the imaging industry, and a track record of generating measurable revenue growth. The ideal candidate already possesses an active network of physicians, practice administrators, attorneys, employer groups, and healthcare decision makers and can leverage those relationships to expand market share and referral volume.

What you DO
  • Leverage existing referral relationships to generate immediate growth opportunities
  • Identify and secure new physician, legal, employer, and healthcare system partnerships
  • Develop and execute territory growth strategies focused on market share expansion
  • Build executive relationships with key decision makers throughout the healthcare community
  • Analyze referral trends, competitive activity, and market opportunities to drive strategic growth initiatives
  • Partner with leadership on business development strategies, service expansion opportunities, and market penetration efforts
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline and consistently achieve growth objectives
  • Represent the organization at industry events, networking functions, and community engagements
What you BRING
  • Significant experience in healthcare business development, provider relations, or medical sales
  • Direct experience within diagnostic imaging, radiology, or related healthcare services
  • An established book of business and existing referral relationships within the Houston market
  • Demonstrated success generating revenue growth and expanding referral networks
  • Experience working with physicians, practice administrators, healthcare executives, attorneys, and employer groups
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM systems
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Experience within outpatient imaging strongly preferred
