In a rapidly evolving industry, we are constantly innovating and creating better paths of discovery to connect consumers, publishers, and advertisers across the mobile ecosystem.

Please note that Digital Turbine is a hybrid work environment-only candidates local to the posting location will be considered.

We are seeking a highly strategic, execution-oriented, and cross-functional leader to join our team as a Senior Business Operations & Strategy Manager. In this role, you will act as the strategic "right arm" to department leadership, driving high-impact cross-functional initiatives, optimizing internal processes, and removing operational friction across the organization.

The successful candidate will focus on broadening our operational capabilities—specifically bridging critical gaps between Commercial, Product, and Legal teams—while taking on increasing strategic ownership to support the long-term growth and scale of the department.

About the Senior Business Operations & Strategy Manger role:

Core Cross-Functional Domains:

The scope of this role sits at the intersection of several critical business functions. The cross-functional domains have been aligned with our core strategic priorities:

Partner closely with Product Owners and Workstream owners on AOP execution and track the User Acquisition <> Monetization Flywheel to maximize value per user.

Deal Desk & Commercial Systems

Architect Deal Desk systems, transitioning from manual trackers to Salesforce/Tableau to streamline client acquisition, financial modeling, and commercial governance.

Finance, FP&A & Accounting

Manage investment pools, evaluate ROI, perform Rev/HC vs. Account Segmentation efficiency audits, and take immediate ownership of forecast variance investigations.

Legal Ops & Shared Services

Build clear operational frameworks with Legal, BI, and Finance shared services to eliminate operational bottlenecks and accelerate speed-to-market.

C-Suite & Global Strategy

Translate holistic unit economics and business performance data into high-fidelity narratives for Senior Leadership, gaining consensus on global frameworks and KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Execution & Process Leadership: Manage and execute high-visibility, cross-functional projects while tracking metrics and workflows to support long-term departmental growth.

  • Process Engineering: Map, build, and optimize scalable internal processes linking Business, Corporate Systems, Product, and Finance architectures.

  • Data-Driven Insights: Collaborate with Business Intelligence to track, analyze, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) that inform organizational growth and efficiency.

  • Cross-Functional Bridge: Act as the central connective tissue between Product Owners, Workstream owners, and Legal Operations to clear friction and accelerate execution timelines.

About YOU as the Senior Business Operations & Strategy Manager:
  • 8+ years of experience in Business Operations, Strategy & Operations, Management Consulting, Corporate Development, or a highly cross-functional leadership role within a scaling technology environment.

  • Proven ability to concurrently manage multiple complex projects, prioritize time and resources effectively, and drive tight alignment with cross-functional stakeholders to consistently hit critical milestones.

  • Demonstrated experience building, implementing, and managing operational workflows across Corporate Systems and CRM/BI infrastructure (Salesforce and Tableau highly preferred).

  • Deal Desk & Commercial Governance Mastery: Proven track record managing complex contract frameworks, pricing matrices, fiscal approval cycles, and revenue tech stack transitions.

  • Exceptional ability to collaborate with and understand the distinct languages of technical, financial, and legal fields (Product, BI, FP&A, Accounting, and Legal).

  • Masterful communication skills with a proven capacity to influence without authority and guide highly complex stakeholders toward alignment.

Preferred Qualifications (The Plus Factors)
  • Annual Operating Plan (AOP) Ownership: Experience leading or playing a foundational role in orchestrating a company’s Annual Operating Plan process across product and commercial divisions.

  • Target Setting & Revenue Modeling: Experience establishing annual or quarterly revenue targets, sales targets, modeling pipeline predictability, and analyzing holistic unit economics.

  • Compensation Architecture: Practical experience designing, modeling, and executing strategic variable compensation and performance-driven incentive structures.

  • Sales Operations Mastery: Experience managing Sales Operations frameworks, CRM metrics, and go-to-market pipelines.

C-Suite Exposure: High comfort level working directly with executive leadership teams (CEO, CRO, CFO, etc.) to present strategic plans, deliver performance reports, and secure corporate buy-in.
