What You’ll Do:

Description of the Team
The IT Business Systems (GTM) team at CoreWeave owns the application stack that powers the end-to-end customer lifecycle — from lead to quote to cash. The team designs and operates systems that support a hyper-growth AI cloud business, partnering closely with Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, Finance, Billing, and Customer Experience to deliver scalable, compliant, and automated workflows.

About the role:
As a Senior Salesforce Engineer, you will serve as a hands-on technical leader responsible for designing, building, and operating Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Revenue Cloud / CPQ, and GTM integrations. You will work on high-impact initiatives including post-acquisition system integrations, implementation of a new usage-based billing platform, and enhancements across quoting, forecasting, and revenue operations. This role involves deep ownership of CPQ workflows as well as broader platform architecture and integrations with finance and GTM systems. You will partner cross-functionally with GTM, Finance, and IT leadership to deliver scalable, reliable solutions that support CoreWeave’s continued growth.

Who You Are:
  • 8+ years of Salesforce engineering and development experience
  • Hands-on expertise with Salesforce Sales Cloud and platform technologies including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, security model, and data model
  • Experience implementing Salesforce Revenue Cloud / CPQ, including at least 2–3 full implementations or equivalent deep project exposure (products, pricing, quoting, approvals)
  • Proven experience building Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware (e.g., MuleSoft or equivalent)
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with billing or subscription platforms (e.g., Zuora, Chargebee, Metronome, or similar)
  • Strong understanding of quote-to-cash processes, including contract, entitlement, usage, invoicing, and revenue data flows
  • Experience supporting marketing and revenue operations use cases such as lead routing, campaign attribution, pipeline management, and forecasting
  • Solid understanding of scalable system architecture, large data volume handling, performance optimization, and security best practices
  • Experience performing root cause analysis (RCA) and resolving complex production issues across integrated systems
  • Experience working in modern SDLC environments including Git, CI/CD pipelines, code reviews, and release management
Preferred:
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, Application Architect, System Architect, CPQ Specialist)
  • Experience with M&A GTM system integrations, including org consolidation, data model alignment, and process unification
  • Direct experience integrating Salesforce with usage-based billing platforms and supporting consumption-based pricing models
  • Experience with subscription or usage-based pricing and downstream billing implications
  • Familiarity with GTM data and analytics platforms supporting pipeline, ARR, NRR, and forecasting
  • Experience working in regulated environments (e.g., SOX, SOC 2) with audit and compliance requirements
  • Experience building or integrating AI/LLM-powered automations within Salesforce or GTM systems
