Arm is seeking a results-driven B2B marketer with cloud and data center campaign experience to lead global, integrated marketing campaigns for the Cloud AI Business Unit. This role is responsible for the end-to-end strategy, planning, and execution of campaigns that drive awareness, consideration, and preference for Arm in the cloud and data center ecosystem.
The ideal candidate is a strategic marketer with deep expertise in campaign development, multi-channel orchestration, and product-led storytelling. You will partner closely with Product Marketing, Comms, Content, Creative, and Paid Media teams to bring Arm's value proposition to market and accelerate customer acquisition.

Responsibilities
- Strategy & Planning
- Develop global campaign strategy, messaging, and audience/value-prop frameworks aligned to business goals.
- Build annual and quarterly campaign plans across awareness, consideration, and preference stages.
- Translate product positioning into compelling narratives and assets in partnership with Product Marketing.
- Create clear, actionable campaign briefs and refine strategy based on customer, driven, and market insights.
- Execution & Performance Optimization
- Lead execution across paid, owned, and partner channels (email, paid media, ABM, social, events, web, etc.).
- Handle timelines, budgets, resources, and agency relationships to ensure high-quality delivery.
- Establish benchmarks and reporting frameworks; analyze performance and optimize messaging, targeting, and channel mix.
- Leadership & Stakeholder Management
- Present strategies and results to senior leadership with clear insights and recommendations.
- Influence cross-functional teams and drive alignment toward shared goals.
- Contribute to process improvements and standard methodologies across the Global Marketing team.
Required Skills and Experience
- Shown success developing and delivering integrated, multi-channel B2B marketing campaigns.
- 7+ years of B2B campaign marketing experience, ideally in SaaS, cloud, or data center.
- Deep understanding of the B2B buyer journey and full-funnel marketing.
- Exceptional communication, storytelling, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and a continuous-improvement mentality.
- Strong grasp of developer marketing for cloud and data center, including audience needs, channels, and messaging.
- Excellent project management capabilities with experience leading multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Experience handling budgets and working with agencies or external partners.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
Highly Desired Skills and Experience
- Knowledge in B2B semiconductor marketing, especially for data centers.
- Recent ABM experience and enterprise marketing experience; agency experience preferred.
- Ability to interpret insights from marketing automation, CRM, and analytics systems output.
