The Southwest Partner Sales Manager leads the strategic expansion of reselling and service partnerships across California, Nevada, Arizona, and New Mexico to drive regional revenue growth. Operating within a "Partner-First" model where 98% of transactions involve partners, the team focuses on achieving field alignment and sales velocity through resellers, distributors, and MSPs. This role ensures the execution of joint business plans and regional market penetration to meet specific partner-sourced revenue targets.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Execute a Southwest channel strategy to increase partner-sourced revenue through the recruitment and onboarding of strategic resellers and MSPs in California, Nevada, Arizona, and New Mexico.
  • Develop joint business plans with key partners that include defined technical enablement paths, localized marketing initiatives, and mutual revenue goals.
  • Facilitate account mapping and opportunity management by aligning regional channel partners with Axonius Sales, Solution Architects, and Customer Success teams.
  • Manage regional partner operations including the negotiation of commercial agreements and the delivery of sales and technical certifications via the Partner Success team.
 
Minimum Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of experience in Channel Partnerships, Business Development, or Alliance Management within the B2B enterprise software sector.
  • 3+ years of direct experience scaling partner programs with Resellers, Distributors, or MSPs specifically within the Southwest United States.
  • Proven history of meeting or exceeding defined partner-driven revenue and booking targets.
  • Bachelor’s degree and the ability to travel up to 40% within the region for on-site partner enablement and industry events.
 
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior experience managing channel strategies and business models for enterprise SaaS or Cybersecurity vendors.
  • Demonstrated experience navigating and driving revenue initiatives within a matrixed or cross-functional corporate environment.
  • Specific expertise in the Southwest market landscape, including established relationships with security and IT infrastructure executive stakeholders.
  • Experience delivering the Axonius narrative or similar technical value propositions at local partner events and industry conferences.
  • Proficiency in finalizing partnership agreements and commercial models for distributors and resellers.
  • Proven ability to formulate and document a regional partnership vision and execution plan.
