Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with AEP, RTCDP, and AJO teams to ensure analytics alignment with upstream event design and downstream activation.
  • Facilitate working sessions with stakeholders to refine requirements and translate business needs into analytics deliverables.
  • Support governance, QA, data validation, and ongoing analytics operations.
Required Skills & Experience
Platform Expertise
  • Deep hands-on experience with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA).
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Real-Time CDP (RTCDP), and familiarity with AJO journey datasets is preferred.
Data & Technical Skills
  • Strong experience with:
    • Schema mapping, data modeling, and event normalization
    • Identity alignment and cross-dataset stitching
    • Calculated metrics, components, and CJA data view configuration
    • AEP Query Service and Data Distiller for dataset preparation
Analytics & Insights
  • Ability to analyze and interpret cross-channel journey behavior and translate technical findings into business-ready insights.
  • Experience defining KPI frameworks and enabling measurement strategies for enterprise programs.
Soft Skills
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical teams.
  • High attention to detail and a passion for accuracy in analytics and data integrity.
  • Experience working in large-scale, multi-solution Adobe programs is a plus.
