We're building the infrastructure layer for B2B GTM. Think of us as what comes after Clay — a sheetless intelligence and orchestration layer for GTM teams. We have a live product, real revenue, and are currently raising.
I'm Ivan Kovpak, founder/CEO. Serial entrepreneur, once featured in Forbes, drove $1M in daily sales. I'm looking for a senior engineer who ships at AI speed.
Why this role is different from every other startup job:
We've already architected everything. 17 detailed product specs. Full Supabase schema. Every API endpoint defined. Every Edge Function contracted. Full dependency graph with task-level execution plan. Claude Code is our primary development tool — not a nice-to-have.
You're not joining to "figure out the architecture." You're joining to execute at extreme velocity from detailed specs, using Claude Code 10-12 hours a day.
What you'll own:
- unstuck-app — Next.js SPA (shadcn/ui + Tailwind, generated with v0 + Magic Patterns)
- unstuck-n8n — n8n workflow modifications and signal source integrations
- External connectors — destination adapters (Instantly, HeyReach, Salesforce via Ampersand, 60+ total)
- AI Copilot — CopilotKit integration with Claude API
- App UI for: signals, qualification, enrichment, records, audiences, destinations, insights, billing, notifications
Tech stack:
Supabase (Postgres + Edge Functions + Auth + Realtime), Next.js, n8n, Stripe, CopilotKit, Cloudflare Workers, PostHog, Upstash Redis, shadcn/ui, Tailwind, TypeScript
What I need from you:
- You live in Claude Code. Not "I've tried it." You spend 10+ hours/day in it. You know the shortcuts, the slash commands, the MCP ecosystem. You've shipped real products with it. This is non-negotiable.
- You can execute from specs. I'll hand you a detailed spec with exact inputs, outputs, schema, and contracts. You ship it. Completely. First time. No "I'll add error handling later."
- You're a full-stack builder. TypeScript, React, SQL, APIs — you build across the stack. You're comfortable with n8n workflows, Supabase Edge Functions, and Next.js in the same day.
- You work at startup intensity. 10-12 hours/day, 7 days/week. This is a race to $1M ARR. If you need work-life balance advice, this isn't for you.
- You accept equity-only compensation. We pay for your Claude Max subscription ($200/mo). Everything else is equity. You need personal runway to sustain this until our Seed round. This is a co-builder role, not an employee role.
Location: Los Angeles / West Coast strongly preferred. Remote possible if you're in overlapping US timezone.
What you get:
- Meaningful equity in a company with revenue, product, and a raising round
- Complete product specs — you know exactly what to build before day 1
- Working directly with the CEO — no layers, no politics
- Building a product in the hottest category in B2B (GTM infrastructure + AI)
- Claude Max subscription paid
This is for you if:
- You've built and shipped with Claude Code, not just experimented
- You want ownership, not a paycheck
- You think in days, not sprints
- You get excited reading product specs, not intimidated
This is NOT for you if:
- You need a salary from day 1
- You prefer to work 40-hour weeks
- You want to debate architecture endlessly before writing code
- You've never used Claude Code in production
To apply:
Send me a 2-minute Loom video showing you building something with Claude Code. Anything — a component, an API, a workflow. I want to see your speed, your prompting, and your judgment.
