As a Senior Codev Producer on teamLFG, you will be responsible for external and co-development relationships creating a major portion of a brand new IP at PlayStation. Through collaboration with other product leaders and external partners, the Senior Codev Producer is responsible for the creation of thorough production plans for their area and execution against those plans in a sustainable way, including updating and altering the plans as needed. The Senior Codev Producer aides the Executive Producer in building processes and pipelines to manage collaborative engagements with third parties. This is a process and people driven role that requires a strong focus on establishing and maintaining efficient lines of communication. The ideal candidate is a self motivated and empathetic organizer of people and process who embodies a service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Create and advocate for clear and realistic production plans

• Track and manage progress against overall project schedules and budgets

• Understand overall project goals and use those to inform planning and decisions related to co development and external development

• Establish production pipelines and processes for co-development and external development engagements

• Iterate on production processes over time to continuously improve our collaboration, transparency, and velocity

• Collaborate with Executive Producer and other producers to align production plans across all areas of development

• Assist the Executive Producer in managing co-development production budgets, including both staff headcount and development budget.

• Assist Studio Operations with generating and executing contracts, as well as tracking associated deliverables

• Build, grow, and maintain relationships with co-development and external development partners

• Work with limited supervision and using independent judgment outside of established production practices when necessary

• Ensure studio compliance with company policies and procedure


Required Skills & Experience

• Proven game development experience in a production role

• Proven game development experience working closely with external development partners

• Exemplary communication skills, outstanding analytical skills, and attention to detail

• Social intelligence, great interpersonal skills, and empathy for creative teams

• Strong critical thinking skills, results oriented, focused and composed under pressure

• Comfortable dealing with ambiguity, including effectively leading a team despite that ambiguity

• Commitment to the principles of servant leadership

• Proficient in JIRA, Excel, Confluence, Shotgrid or equivalent production tools

• Experience working on a live game ("games as a service")


Nice-To-Have Skills

• Experience working on development of a new IP from preproduction through ship and sustain

• Experience producing teams creating Competitive or Social games and modes

• Experience importing assets into Unreal Pipelines

Please note that the base pay range may vary in line with our hybrid working policy and individual base pay will be determined based on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.

This is a flexible role that can be remote, with varying pay ranges based on geographic location. For example, if you are based out of Seattle, the estimated base pay range for this role is listed below.
$156,000$234,000 USD
