The Role

As a (Senior) Consultant / Business Engineer – Data at Capco, you will work with financial services clients to turn complex business and technology challenges into clear, practical solutions. You will operate at the intersection of Business, IT, Data, CRM and Architecture, helping clients improve processes, data landscapes and ways of working.

You will contribute to transformation, optimisation, data, master data and CRM initiatives, translating requirements into concepts, specifications, user stories and decision-ready recommendations.


YOUR CAPCO DAY 

  • Analyse complex business and technical requirements and translate them into clear concepts, specifications, user stories and decision materials.
  • Contribute to transformation, optimisation, data, master data and CRM initiatives across financial services.
  • Work across business functions, IT teams, architects and project stakeholders, connecting Business, IT, Data, CRM and Architecture.
  • Analyse system landscapes, application architectures, data flows, data quality, governance and processes to identify practical opportunities for improvement.
  • Help reduce complexity and develop pragmatic solutions that meet both business and technology needs.

YOUR CAPCO-FIT 


  • Experience as a Business Analyst, Consultant, IT Consultant or Requirements Engineer, ideally with around three or more years of experience in financial services, banking, insurance or an enterprise environment.
  • Strong understanding of system landscapes, application architectures, data flows, master data, CRM processes, data quality, governance and process optimisation.
  • Ability to understand complex business and technical topics, structure requirements and turn them into clear, practical solutions.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across Business, IT, Data, CRM, Architecture and project teams in dynamic environments.
  • Very good German skills, ideally C1/C2 level, and good English skills, ideally B2 level or above.
