🚀 About Nivoda

Nivoda is a fast-growing B2B marketplace that is transforming the global diamond and gemstone industry. We connect buyers and sellers across the world, processing $300M+ in annual transactions and unlocking a $350B industry opportunity. We move fast, think big, and care deeply about the businesses and people we serve.

🌍 Our Mission

The diamond trading industry has historically been fragmented, opaque, and inaccessible. Nivoda was founded to change that: to empower businesses of all sizes and locations to participate in a fair, efficient global marketplace. Every line of code, every integration, every automation we build brings us closer to that mission.

🤔 About the Role

We are looking for a Sr. Content and Social Media Manager to own our social channels and be the creative engine behind our marketing campaigns. You are a storyteller first and an operator second: you can take an idea, shape it into something people actually want to watch and share, and make it show up consistently everywhere we publish.

This is a connective role. You will own the content calendar, plan and run campaigns end to end, keep a strong and consistent presence on social, and run our newsletter. You will be the glue across marketing, making sure a campaign lands as one coherent story across social, email, and beyond rather than a set of disconnected posts. As the team grows we will add editorial depth alongside you (long-form writing and podcast production), so you can stay focused on what you do best: social, storytelling, and campaigns that move.

What would you be doing?
  • Own Nivoda’s social media channels end to end, from strategy and calendar to publishing and community, with Instagram and our primary channels front and centre.

  • Be the main creative force behind our marketing campaigns: come up with the idea, shape the story, and make it show up consistently across every channel.

  • Own the content calendar and keep every channel in sync, so campaigns land as one coherent story rather than scattered posts.

  • Plan and run campaigns end to end: the brief, the timeline, the assets, the launch, and the follow-through.

  • Run "The Modern Jewellers Playbook", our newsletter. Own the cadence and the sends, and tie it into everything else we are publishing.

  • Turn our bigger content moments, like interviews, launches, and guides, into a steady stream of social-first content that travels.

  • Write social and short-form copy that sounds like a real person and makes independent jewellers stop scrolling.

  • Work with our designer and video partners to ship content that looks as good as it reads, and with our paid marketer to amplify what is working.

  • Be the connective tissue across marketing: link events, campaigns, and content so nothing happens in a silo.

  • Track what performs across channels and use it to sharpen the calendar. Double down on what lands, and drop what does not.

What do we need from you?
  • 4+ years running social and content for a brand, with real ownership of channels and campaigns rather than just scheduling posts.

  • You are a storyteller first. You know how to take an idea and make it land as a post, an email, a thread, or a reel.

  • A body of social and campaign work you are proud of, ideally including channels you grew yourself.

  • You can write. Quickly, well, and in a voice that sounds human rather than corporate.

  • Sharp project management. You can run a content calendar and several campaigns at once without dropping any threads.

  • Comfort working hands-on on a small team and building process where none exists.

  • Fluent with the tools of modern social and content work, and happy to lean on AI to move faster.

  • An instinct for what performs, and the discipline to let data settle the debates.

Nice to have
  • Knowledge of the jewelry industry

  • Experience marketing to small business owners, retailers, or a trade and craft audience.

  • Hands-on with short-form video: you can shoot and cut a reel yourself, or confidently direct someone who can.

  • Experience running an email or newsletter program.

  • Community-building experience, online or off.
