Job Description

We’re looking for a Senior Content Operations Specialist to join Procore’s exceptional Product Education Team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in optimizing the workflows, systems, and processes that support the creation, management, and delivery of our impactful educational content.

As a Senior Content Operations Specialist, you’ll partner closely with instructional designers, technical writers, product marketing managers, and localization teams to streamline content production and distribution across various platforms. Use your deep understanding of content management systems, exceptional project management skills, and sharp analytical abilities to drive efficiency, improve content quality, and enhance the overall learner experience. What you’ll do:

  • Lead the development and implementation of standardized content workflows and processes to ensure efficiency and consistency across all educational materials.

  • Manage and optimize our content management system (CMS) and related tools, ensuring data integrity, accessibility, and scalability.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define content requirements, establish timelines, and track project progress, proactively identifying and resolving potential roadblocks.

  • Develop and maintain content style guides, templates, and governance frameworks to ensure brand consistency and content quality.

  • Analyze content performance data and provide actionable insights to inform content strategy and identify areas for improvement.

  • Implement and manage localization workflows, ensuring accurate and timely translation and adaptation of educational content for global audiences.

  • Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to enhance content operations and improve team productivity.

  • Provide training and support to content creators on content operations processes, tools, and best practices.

What we’re looking for:

  • 5+ years of experience in content operations, learning operations, or a related field.

  • Expertise in managing and optimizing content management systems (CMS), preferably experience with platforms like Contentful, Drupal, or similar.

  • Proven ability to develop and implement efficient content workflows and processes.

  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive data-informed decisions.  

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively partner with cross-functional teams.

  • Experience with localization processes and tools is highly desirable.

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Communications, Information Management, or Education Technology.

Additional Information

Base Pay Range $90,400 - $124,300. Eligible for Bonus Incentive Compensation. Procore is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation, and has provided an estimated pay range for this role. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate’s job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location.
