About This Role:

We’re looking for a full-time Senior Contracts Manager to join our Legal team  reporting to the Director, Corporate Counsel. This role is a remote role based in The United States.

In this role, you’ll play a key role in driving efficient, scalable commercial contracting operations by owning the end-to-end lifecycle of SaaS and vendor agreements while continuously improving processes and tooling. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and enjoys working cross-functionally with teams like Sales, Finance, Customer Success, and Legal. The ideal candidate brings strong skills in complex contract negotiation, SaaS agreement structuring, and contract lifecycle management (CLM) systems.

What You'll Do:

  • Own end-to-end contract lifecycle management for a broad portfolio of commercial agreements, including SaaS subscription agreements, NDAs, vendor agreements, and amendments

  • Draft, review, redline, and negotiate contract terms directly with customers and vendors, including real-time discussion and problem solving, escalating to legal counsel as needed

  • Serve as the primary point of contact and subject matter expert for contract-related inquiries from Sales, Finance, and Customer Success teams, providing timely guidance and enabling deal velocity

  • Develop, maintain, and continuously improve contract templates, clause libraries, fallback positions, and contracting playbooks to standardize and streamline the contracting process

  • Identify process gaps and lead initiatives to improve contracting workflows, reduce cycle times, and scale the contracts function in support of business growth

This role may require occasional travel (up to 5%) for team meetings, training, or company events.

What We're Looking For:

  • 7+ years of relevant experience in contracts management or a related role, with a Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience), required

  • Demonstrated expertise negotiating and drafting a broad range of commercial agreements, including SaaS subscription agreements, NDAs, vendor agreements, and amendments, ideally in a B2B technology or SaaS environment

  • Strong working knowledge of SaaS-specific contract concepts, including subscription models, SLAs, data processing agreements (DPAs), and indemnification and limitation of liability clauses

  • Extensive experience using a contract lifecycle management (CLM) platform

  • Proven ability to manage a high-volume contract workload independently, with strong prioritization skills, problem solving abilities and attention to detail

  • Excellent communication skills with both cross-functional internal stakeholders and customers, with the ability to translate complex contractual language into clear, business-friendly guidance

  • Excellent formal drafting skills

Nice-to-have skills:

  • Expertise with Ironclad, including workflow configuration, template management, and playbook management

  • Familiarity with Salesforce (or similar CRM) tools, and experience managing contracts in an integrated Salesforce-CLM environment

  • Experience working with customers and colleagues outside the United States
