Marketing Services is the team within Services that develops and executes the marketing programs that help our clients achieve their marketing goals. The Advisors Creative Desk sits within Services and is responsible for ideating and creating engaging, forward-thinking, on-brand content solutions that connect our advertising partners, platforms, and our portfolio of brands.
The Senior Copywriter is a hands-on creative role focused on developing strong ideas and delivering high-quality writing across brand, campaign, and content work. The role contributes to integrated creative thinking, partners closely with art and strategy teams, and helps elevate the quality of work across projects.
The Role • Develop creative ideas and write high-quality copy across brand, campaign, and content initiatives.• Translate strategic briefs into clear, on-brand messaging and executions.• Write across formats and channels, including brand narratives, scripts, digital, social, video, print, and direct-response materials.• Contribute to the development of integrated campaigns alongside art directors, motion designers, and strategists.• Manage individual workstreams and deliverables across multiple briefs.• Present work clearly in internal reviews and client meetings.• Collaborate across disciplines to ensure consistency and quality across all touchpoints.• Stay informed on cultural, digital, and platform trends, bringing fresh thinking into the work.• Participate constructively in feedback and review sessions.
All About You• Minimum 8 years of copywriting experience within full-service advertising agencies, in senior creative roles below Creative Group Head level, preferably within global network agencies.• Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual brand and integrated campaign work across social, digital, and multimedia.• Proven ability to translate strategy and insights into compelling, well-crafted creative work.• Experience working across multiple channels in a digital-first environment.• Strong collaboration skills.• Clear and confident communication and presentation skills.• Strong understanding of the digital landscape, social platforms, and emerging trends.• Experience working on finance or financial services brands.• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; an advanced degree is a plus.
