About SiTime

SiTime is the Precision Timing company.

Timing is the heartbeat of all electronics, ensuring performance, resilience and scalability. For decades, quartz devices, non-silicon technology, have kept systems in sync, but they struggle in harsher, more demanding environments. MEMS-based Precision Timing delivers greater accuracy, smaller size and resilience. Today, MEMS timing powers over 400 applications, including high-growth ones in AI datacenters, automated driving, industrial and humanoid robots, wearables and IoT.

Our semiconductor MEMS programmable solutions offer a rich feature set that enables customers to differentiate their products with higher performance, smaller size, lower power, and better reliability. With more than 4 billion devices shipped, SiTime is changing the timing industry. For more information, visit: www.sitime.com.

  • Develop and submit compelling speaking proposals, panel concepts and session abstracts that elevate SiTime’s presence in priority markets.
  • Track submissions, acceptances, event participation and resulting reach to improve the program over time.
Reach New Business and Technology Audiences
  • Secure at least two high-level business stories within the first six months in credible outlets that have not previously covered SiTime, tying to customer and/or partner engagement.
  • Build relationships with new business, technology, semiconductor journalists, targeting 2-3 new relationships per quarter.
Strengthen Employee Communications and Social Amplification
  • Partner with Human Resources to support employee communications related to company priorities, culture, milestones and approved corporate initiatives.
  • Work with Human Resources and Marketing to identify employee stories and provide content that employees can authentically share through social media.
  • Establish baseline measures for employee participation and social amplification, then recommend practical ways to increase engagement.
Measure and Scale the Program
  • Create simple, decision-useful reporting that tracks customer and partner stories, speaking opportunities, new media relationships, high-quality coverage, message pull-through and social amplification.

  • Manage stakeholders and deadlines with strong judgment, discretion and attention to detail.
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, journalism and/or content strategy.
  • A record of building or expanding communications programs and delivering measurable outcomes, not simply executing established plans.
  • Strong media relations experience, including success developing proactive stories and securing coverage with new outlets.
  • Experience developing customer stories, partner communications, speaking programs or other stakeholder-focused initiatives.
  • Experience in semiconductors, enterprise technology, infrastructure, AI, networking or another technically complex industry.

  • Sound news judgment, discretion and the ability to handle sensitive information.
