About the Team:
The Talent Acquisition does more than just fill roles; we architect how Relativity grows. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers, understand the gaps they’re facing, and design hiring strategies around those needs. You’re a trusted partner shaping not only who we hire, but how we hire. From building scalable interview frameworks to creating a candidate experience that reflects our values, the team lays the foundation for the long-term success of Relativity.

About the Role:
Our Talent Acquisition team is seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting across a broad portfolio of corporate and business functions, including Environmental Health and Safety, Security, Legal, Communications and Brand, Regulatory and Government Affairs, Strategic Affairs, Revenue Operations, Human Resources, Finance, and Accounting. This role is a critical partner to G&A business leaders, translating evolving workforce needs into thoughtful, effective recruiting strategies while delivering a high-touch candidate experience. You will join a high-performing Talent Acquisition team that moves with urgency, operates with precision, and is deeply committed to attracting and closing exceptional talent.
  • Partner closely with G&A leaders and People Business Partners to translate workforce plans into clear, executable recruiting strategies
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers by providing market intelligence, talent calibration, structured feedback, and guidance throughout the hiring process
  • Proactively source and engage passive talent through targeted outreach, networking, market research, and creative sourcing strategies—not solely inbound pipelines
  • Lead offer strategy, including compensation benchmarking, candidate consultation, negotiation, and closing approaches
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience that reflects Relativity’s brand, values, and high standards at every touchpoint
  • Maintain accurate, actionable data in Greenhouse and contribute to reporting on pipeline health, time-to-fill, offer outcomes, and quality of hire
About You:
  • 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including meaningful experience supporting G&A or other corporate functions
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex, senior-level searches—Director level and above—with discretion, rigor, and a high bar for quality
  • Experience recruiting in high-growth, fast-paced environments; startup, technology, aerospace, or defense experience is a plus
  • Strong sourcing skills and a proven ability to build targeted pipelines for hard-to-fill and highly specialized roles
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to influence stakeholders and provide thoughtful pushback when needed
  • Highly collaborative team player with the ability to independently manage and own a full book of business

Nice to have but not required:

  • Experience hiring for Finance or Legal functions specifically
  • Familiarity with compensation structures in pre-IPO or publicly traded tech/aerospace companies
  • Background supporting Executive recruiting or C-suite partnerships

At Relativity Space, we are committed to transparency and fairness in our compensation practices. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors.
