What you'll be doing...

We are looking for a visionary Senior Creative Director, Art to serve as a primary catalyst for our new Unified Creative Strategy. In this role, you will lead the visual direction for major integrated Above-The-Line (ATL) campaigns, ensuring speed to market and scaled delivery without compromising brand stewardship or creative excellence. You are a master craftsman who thrives in concepting big ideas, elevating in-house production, and driving agile, cross-functional alignment.

AI as Your Creative Co-Pilot: We are building an AI-integrated ecosystem where technology acts as a force multiplier for human genius. In this role, you will champion agentic workflows and advanced GenAI solutions across the creative development pipeline—from rapid visual prototyping and brainstorming to automated content iteration. By embedding AI into our daily practices, you will eliminate operational friction, smash production bottlenecks, and empower your team to achieve creative excellence at scale.

Responsibilities include:

  • Orchestrate Unified Brand Ecosystems: Lead the visual evolution of full-funnel integrated campaigns, ensuring that every touchpoint—from broadcast to social-first experiences—aligns with a singular, high-impact brand strategy.

  • Institutionalize AI-Augmented Creative Workflows: Spearhead the adoption of agentic AI within the creative pipeline to transform traditional production, shifting focus from manual execution to high-level conceptualization and rapid visual prototyping.

  • Architect Scalable In-House Creative Capabilities: Move beyond agency reliance by building and refining in-house production frameworks that deliver best-in-class assets with unprecedented speed and operational agility.

  • Cultivate Cross-Functional Synergy: Act as a strategic bridge between disparate Business Units and brand teams, breaking down silos to ensure visual and verbal consistency across the enterprise.

  • Elevate Creative Talent & Culture: Build a future-ready team by mentorship in both traditional craft and next-gen technology, fostering an environment of continuous experimentation and collective intellectual curiosity.

  • Drive Data-Informed Cultural Relevance: Translate consumer insights and performance analytics into compelling visual narratives that shape the zeitgeist, ensuring work is not just beautiful, but strategically engineered to drive measurable impact.

What we're looking for...

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.

  • Ten or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, or specialized training.

  • Experience within top-tier advertising agencies or world-class in-house creative teams, with a heavily decorated portfolio showcasing award-winning ATL and integrated work.

  • Extensive experience leading high-budget commercial shoots, lifestyle photography, and working closely with top-tier directors and production houses.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

  • Proven experience navigating, scaling, and delivering high-stakes creative for a major Fortune 100 brand. You know how to make a massive enterprise move with the agility of a startup.

  • A deep, uncompromising passion for typography, design, photography, cinematography, and motion graphics. You know what looks good, and more importantly, why it works.

  • You are zero-ego, highly collaborative, and deeply invested in the growth of your team.

If Verizon and this role sound like a fit for you, we encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet every “even better” qualification listed above.
