The Opportunity

The Senior Creative Technologist for Creators at Adobe is a remarkable role that connects creativity and technology. This position supports Product Management and Marketing by deploying new tools, prototyping workflows, and displaying what’s feasible through hands-on creative work. You’ll be at the forefront of creative trends, teaming up across teams to communicate Adobe’s story in inventive ways. What you'll Do
  • Collaborate with Product, Development, Evangelism, and Marketing teams to compose storytelling tailored for audiences, events, and social media.
  • Display a collection of videos, demonstrations, and innovative projects that showcase exploration with new tools and techniques.
  • Investigate and employ new generative AI tools to construct content, workflows, and demos that expand the horizons of creativity.
  • Function as a creative specialist proficient in Adobe software—Firefly, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Express—offering practical insights to Product Marketing.
  • Keep track of developments in mobile, web, and generative AI tools and communicate findings with all teams.
  • Evangelize Adobe’s technology by presenting at events, engaging customers, and crafting inspiring demo content.
  • Operate as a self-starter, taking concepts and ideas from initial spark to polished creative outputs.
  • Experiment with brand new generative AI and composing workflows to impact storytelling and product innovation.
  • Speak with authority and confidence as a presenter, encouraging audiences across formats.
What you need to succeed
  • Storytelling & Communication: Ability to translate complex creative technology into clear, inspiring narratives.
  • Portfolio Required: Demonstrated projects in video, demos, and creative content showcasing generative AI and invent expertise.
  • Approach: Approaches tasks with curiosity, innovation, and a passion for experimenting with new creative tools.
  • Presentation Skills: Strong presence and confidence when speaking to executive audiences, creators, and community groups.
  • Skilled in working with Adobe applications (Firefly, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Express, etc.).
  • Proficiency in generative AI tools such as Adobe Firefly, Google Veo 3, Midjourney, Flux, Stable Diffusion, among others.
  • Active use of LLMs (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, etc.) in creative workflows.
  • Ability to record, edit, and produce videos for demos and storytelling.
  • Programming or scripting (JavaScript, Python) a plus.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $113,400 -- $219,600 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.  Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
