About us

About the role

We are building a category-defining document management platform. We are way past the MVP stage, battle-tested in production, recently profitable, serving hundreds of thousands of customers globally.
We are rapidly scaling with multiple products and new funnels. Currently, we are looking for a Senior CRO Manager who thrives on ownership, speed, and building things that scale. Not a 9-5. Read on if you want challenge, autonomy, and fast growth.

This isn't a hand-off role. You'll own the full optimization loop end-to-end: deep funnel analysis, hypothesis generation, high-fidelity wireframes and visual specs, working directly with engineers, and the performance outcomes that follow.
We are not just looking at landing page optimizations, in this role you'll be working across the entire user journey, from acquisition through activation, retention, and monetization. The pace is fast and iterative. We ship in days, learn, and keep the engine running.

We've built a compensation structure that directly rewards people who exceed targets. Top performers see meaningful financial upside tied to their impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own end-to-end optimization cycles: research → hypothesis → design → test → rollout, while keeping the cycles short.

  • Use AI tools daily to accelerate research, ideation, design, analysis, and documentation. This is core to how we work, not an afterthought.

  • Perform deep funnel and product analysis across the full user journey - acquisition, activation, retention, monetization - plus competitive benchmarking to surface high-impact opportunities.

  • Design high-fidelity wireframes and visual specs that clearly communicate your vision while protecting brand integrity. We're a code-first team - design is built in Next.js and TailwindCSS, not Figma.

  • Partner with engineers to ensure flawless test implementation and rapid deployment.

  • Analyze results with statistical rigor and make confident scaling decisions.

  • Document learnings and maintain a continuously prioritized testing roadmap.

  • Present insights and results clearly to stakeholders, building alignment and momentum.

Qualifications
  • Proven CRO results: 3+ years of hands-on CRO experience, ideally with subscription or SaaS funnels, with documented performance lifts.

  • Funnel + product thinking: You don't just optimize landing pages. You think about the full user journey and how product decisions compound with funnel decisions.

  • AI-native workflow: You actively integrate AI into your daily process - prompting, prototyping, analyzing, drafting - and have opinions about what actually works. Almost a must.

  • Design taste: Strong UI/UX sensibility and the ability to recognize and create ideas that convert. You can build compelling, detailed visual specs yourself.

  • Speed and iteration: Bias for shipping. You'd rather get two well-designed tests live today than one perfect test in a week, and you keep the cycle moving.

  • Analytical depth: Skilled in Mixpanel, GrowthBook, Google Analytics, or similar.

  • Execution excellence: Remarkable attention to detail in fast-moving environments.

  • Ownership: Self-driven, proactive, fully accountable for outcomes.

  • Fluent English: strong written and verbal communication.

Nice to have
  • Exposure to marketing attribution models, UTM parameters, and ROAS measurement.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and execute quickly.

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Location

Ruby Labs operates within the CET (Central European Time) zone. Applicants from any country are welcome to apply for the position as long as they are located within approximately ± 4 hours of CET. This ensures optimal collaboration and communication during working hours.
