Job requirements
- 7+ years of product development or application development management including hands-on and active business analysis experience
- 7+ years of Agile ways of working experience with solid understanding of best-in class enterprise software development and delivery practices
- Knowledgeable of the emerging fintech and blockchain domain and rapidly changing technology landscape, with attention to blockchain and smart contract-based initiatives. Experience in participating in the design of enterprise-grade public/private blockchain solutions and familiarity with design patterns is a strong plus
- Outstanding client relationship skills with the ability to establish oneself as a trusted, empathetic advisor and partner to demanding clientele, as well as influence stakeholders at all levels of an organization
- Strong analytical skills, including attention to detail, and the ability to design complex processes and workflows from the ground up while still considering the bigger picture
- Ability to articulate how a specific technology and business process designs align to a business case and achieve positive business outcomes
- Ability to facilitate design sessions with a client, and drive the creation of prioritized implementation roadmaps
- Proven track record of working well with internal and external teams, including developers, engineers, architects, and product managers
- Experience managing vendors and guiding team members across functions to a solution
- Strong project management or program management skills, with an emphasis on technology and thorough, meticulous attention to detail with a commitment to following through both on individual tasks and full projects
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively organize and communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience in providing advisory or consultancy services and/or working at a top-tier advisory firm is preferred

- Candidates MUST reside within commuting distance of our New York City office in order to be on-site two days per week.
- Informing, solutioning, and driving Daml-based solutions with domain expertise and insights from client / industry / competitive analysis
- Creating high-quality business analysis and functional requirements with a fluent use of UML diagrams, user stories, and Gherkin scenarios to ensure clarity and improve shared understanding across teams
- Delivering CX professional services to clients and partners who are using DA products for their use cases, applications, etc.
- Working with Sales and clients on pre-sales opportunities, ensuring a smooth transition from pre- to post-sales engagements
- Understanding customer needs through workshops, focus groups, and research initiatives, sharing insights with key stakeholders and development professionals
- Leading product and functional aspects of client engagements, incorporating best practices in Daml products, technical concepts, and design
- Educate clients about Canton Network, by learning and then teaching others the in-depth details regarding one of the fastest growing, privacy enabled blockchains.
- Provide guidance to ensure that application design and implementation align with both DA and industry best practices
- Managing key clients / partners relationships for the duration of project engagements, including the implementation of solution development plans, handling client-facing support, and owning resolution of client issues
- Owning project management and governance activities for active engagements
- Working closely with clients to understand product feature requests and ensure product development roadmap is aligned, based on its priority and dependencies
