The Senior Data Analyst will help shape the future of employer services, with a focus on HR compliance and outsourcing. You will help develop and implement data-driven solutions that ensure strategic decision-making and drive business growth. We are looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Data Analyst with technical expertise, business insight, and a proactive mindset to solving problems. The Senior Data Analyst will manage various projects, work cross-functionally, and drive results in a dynamic environment.
What you'll be doing:
- Execute tasks assigned through the Data Services ticketing system, ensuring Service level agreement adherence and process compliance.
- Follow established processes to ensure consistent execution across tasks.
- Mentor team members on best practices, prioritization, and issue resolution.
- Review peer deliverables for accuracy, performance, and adherence to data governance standards before production deployment.
- Support data mapping, customer account data gathering, and technical documentation for integrations
- Troubleshoot and prioritize data issues flagged by client-facing teams by analyzing end-to-end data flows across multiple products.
- Influence strategies related to system upgrades, account migrations, data ingestion, and API/connectors
- Provide occasional weekend support for software upgrades, database patching, and regression testing.
- You will report to the Manager of Data Services
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 years of experience in database and application development.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, with a focus on performance optimization.
- Experience troubleshooting SSIS packages.
- Experience in data visualization and reporting using tools like Power BI.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server.
- Experience with data modeling principles.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or PowerShell.
- Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams
- Experience developing data solutions
