We’re looking for a smart, curious, and driven Senior Data Analyst to join our growing Data Analytics team. This role is perfect for someone passionate about data, technology, and turning complex datasets into meaningful insights. You’ll work closely with Product, Engineering, and Data Science to support strategic company decisions.

Your work will directly influence data acquisition, data quality, and large-scale data management processes across multiple projects.

 Responsibilities

  • Be the focal point for data- the go-to person who knows our data inside and out, spots opportunities, and drives data innovation.
  • Own our data end-to-end- continuously enrich, identify gaps, and uncover growth opportunities.
  • Analyze and produce insights over samples of potential new data sources to enable smart acquisition decisions.
  • Create clear, impactful and visually engaging reports that translate data into stories for Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams.
  • Work closely with cross-functional partners to support and implement data-driven decisions, from hypothesis to execution.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst in a Tech company.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Experience working in a big data domain.
  • Solid experience working with SQL.
  • Experience in analyzing and transforming data into impactful visual insights with one of the following: Tableau, PowerBI, looker.
  • Self-motivated & assertive- ability to hunt down answers and drive solutions autonomously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew and English, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and clear way.
  • A fresh thinker with a creative, out-of-the-box mindset.
  • Passionate about making data a core part of the company’s strategy.
