Tiger Analytics is looking for experienced Senior Data Scientists to join our fast-growing advanced analytics consulting firm. Our consultants bring deep expertise in Data Science, Machine Learning and AI. We are the trusted analytics partner for multiple Fortune 500 companies, enabling them to generate business value from data. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Data Scientist, you will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive business value through advanced analytics.

The candidate will have deep expertise in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), NLP, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Agentic AI. This role requires strong theoretical understanding of modern AI architectures combined with hands-on experience building production-ready GenAI solutions for enterprise clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop enterprise-grade Generative AI applications using state-of-the-art Large Language Models.
  • Architect scalable Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems for enterprise knowledge retrieval.
  • Develop AI assistants, copilots, chatbots, document intelligence solutions, and autonomous AI agents.
  • Build domain-specific NLP solutions for document processing, search, summarization, classification, information extraction, and question answering.
  • Work extensively with open-source and commercial LLMs including GPT, Llama, Mistral, Qwen, Claude, Gemini, DeepSeek, and similar foundation models.
  • Select appropriate model architectures based on enterprise use cases
    Work on the latest applications of data science to solve business problems
  • Work directly with client stakeholders to translate business problems into high level analytics solution designs
  • Present analytic solutions to business audiences highlighting robustness of the solution and how it could help generate business value

Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.
  • 7+ years in Machine Learning, NLP, or Data Science.
  • 3+ years building enterprise Generative AI applications.
  • Strong experience delivering production-ready AI systems.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and facilitation skills
  • Familiarity with task automation or AI/ML-driven solution design is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
