Role Overview

As our Deal Desk Analyst, you will be the strategic partner to our Sales team, ensuring that complex deals move from "quote" to "closed-won" with speed and precision. You will own the integrity of our pricing, the accuracy of our contracts, and the efficiency of our Quote-to-Cash (QTC) lifecycle.

XBOW is in a hyper-scale phase, and this is our first dedicated Deal Desk hire. Because we anticipate scaling this team significantly over the next 12 months, we are looking for a "founding member" of the Deal Desk function. This role is designed for someone who wants to establish the standard operating procedures today and transition into a leadership or management role as the team expands.

Core Responsibilities1. Deal Strategy & Gatekeeping
  • Partner with Account Executives to structure complex deals, providing creative solutions for non-standard terms.

  • Serve as the primary front-line approver for all quotes, ensuring compliance with commercial guidelines and margin requirements.

  • Troubleshoot quote errors within Nue.io CPQ and Salesforce to prevent friction in the sales cycle.

2. Product & Price Book Governance
  • Maintain the master price book and product catalog.

  • Manage government contract listings, ensuring our external-facing price books remain compliant with specific regulatory requirements.

3. Order Operations & RFP Support
  • Lead the operational response for RFPs, ensuring technical and commercial requirements are responded to in a timely manner.

  • Own the final order submission process, verifying that all data is audit-ready before passing it to Finance.

4. Legal Ops & Lifecycle Management
  • Manage the contract lifecycle within Ironclad, including the tagging, metadata indexing, and archiving of fully executed agreements.

  • Ensure a seamless flow of data between Ironclad, Salesforce, DocuSign and our internal repositories.

Qualifications
  • Salesforce Expert: You understand the data architecture of opportunities and accounts.

  • CPQ Power User: Significant experience with CPQ platforms (experience with Nue.io is a major competitive advantage).

  • Contract Management: Proficiency in Ironclad and DocuSign is required.

  • Communication: Ability to be a "firm but helpful" partner to Sales—balancing the need for speed with the need for compliance.

  • Availability: Must be located in USA (Pacific or Mountain Time) or work those hours.

Our Tech Stack
  • CRM: Salesforce

  • CPQ: Nue.io

  • Document Generation: Ironclad

  • CLM: Ironclad

  • eSignature: DocuSign

What We Offer
  • Compensation & Equity: Competitive salary, commission structure and equity package, making you a true owner of the company and compensated for your ouput

  • Career Growth: Shape your role and grow with the company as we redefine cybersecurity.

  • Meaningful Work: You will tackle complex challenges and play a pivotal role in shaping XBOW’s growth into a global player.

What Else You Should Know
  • Location: US Remote

  • Contract: Full-time

  • Hiring Process:

    1. 30-min introductory chat

    2. 30-min hiring manager interview

    3. 30-min senior leadership interview

    4. Offer
