THE COMPANY

At Builder Prime, we're revolutionizing the home improvement industry by doing more than just building software—we're giving hardworking contractors their time and freedom back. Our all-in-one business management solution is the essential platform for companies at their "level-up" moment, seamlessly integrating CRM, estimating, production management, payments, and reporting. By replacing disjointed tools with a unified data and automation foundation, we empower businesses to operate more efficiently, win more jobs, and achieve their growth goals. We look for collaborative and community-oriented team members who bring initiative and curiosity to the challenge of solving problems for our customers.

Builder Prime is backed by Blueprint Equity and is an AI-forward company. That means every employee is expected to use AI on real problems—not hypotheticals, not demos, but the actual work on their desk. We invest in tools, training, and time for our team to experiment and share what they learn. We're not waiting on the sidelines, and we don't have it all figured out. We're building this practice alongside our team, in the open.

THE ROLE

This is a remote position open to candidates authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship, who presently reside in the US. There is a preference for candidates in states where we already have Builder Prime employees; California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Nebraska, New York, Ohio, Oregon, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington, and Wisconsin. Builder Prime has an office in the greater Denver metro area (Westminster) that some of the sales team works out of.

We are seeking a Senior Manager of Demand Generation and Growth Marketing to own and scale Builder Prime's demand engine. This is a high-output, high-ownership individual contributor role for someone who thinks like a strategist and executes like an operator. You will carry a sourced-pipeline number, diversify how we generate demand, sharpen the path from lead to closed deal, and pull our lead mix upmarket toward the customers we most want to win. You will set and run the day-to-day plan and direct our agency and operations partners on execution, while marketing leadership holds overall strategy. The role starts with a demand generation mandate and has room to grow into broader, full-funnel growth as the function matures. This role reports to the SVP of Marketing.

THE DAY-TO-DAY

Demand Engine and Pipeline: Own the demand generation plan and the sourced-pipeline number that feeds sales. Set the channel mix, propose the channel budget allocation, and run the day-to-day of the engine, measured on pipeline, cost per lead, cost per MQL, channels launched and optimized, and campaign throughput. You set and manage the plan while marketing leadership holds overall strategy and final spend approval.

Paid Channels and Optimization: Diversify demand beyond paid search into new channels including LinkedIn, paid social, TikTok, retargeting, bumper video, and intent and review platforms such as Gartner and G2, then optimize relentlessly for efficiency and pipeline contribution. Direct our paid media agency partner as your executional arm, setting the strategy, briefing the work, and owning the performance, while the hands-on campaign setup and trafficking run through the partner.

Lead-to-Sale Orchestration: Own and fix the flow from lead to sale and the handoff to sales, cut by audience across SMB, mid-market, and enterprise, and by product interest. Partner closely with the SDR and sales teams on follow-up cadence and service-level agreements to ensure no qualified lead falls through the cracks, and serve as the connective tissue that keeps demand generation, operations, and sales aligned.

ABX and ICP Targeting: Stand up and scale an account-based (ABX) motion against our target-account list, and shift our lead mix upmarket toward ideal-customer-profile accounts and away from poor-fit, sub-scale leads. You own the targeting logic and account selection, meaning who we go after and why, while marketing operations owns the hands-on list building, sequencing, and technical execution. Strategy and targeting live here; the build stays with ops.

THE MUST-HAVES
  • 5+ years of experience in demand generation or growth marketing, preferably at a high-growth B2B SaaS company.

  • A track record of owning a pipeline or MQL/SAL/SQL number and hitting it, with a goal- and KPI-driven, ROI-focused mindset.

  • Hands-on experience planning and managing paid media channels (paid search, LinkedIn, paid social, retargeting, video, and intent platforms such as Gartner & G2) and directing agencies or vendors against a budget.

  • Experience with account-based marketing or ABX, including how to define target accounts and coordinate air cover with sales.

  • Strong command of marketing funnel and pipeline metrics (MQL, SQL, conversion rates, cost per lead, and cost per MQL), and comfort using attribution to prove sourced pipeline.

  • Can build and interpret dashboards and reporting for demand and growth channels, and knows reporting best practices.

  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, and a clear understanding of how leads route, score, and flow to sales.

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to align cross-functional partners across marketing, operations, and sales.

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, can prioritize a dynamic workload, and successfully handle multiple deadlines with a busy schedule.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment - move quickly, think strategically, identify opportunities, and excel at tactical execution.

  • Adept at using Google Suite, Slack, and CRM software.

  • Self-starter. You can work on multiple projects with many stakeholders simultaneously. You take ownership, sweat the details, and see projects through to the end with little to no support needed.

  • Willingness and ability to travel occasionally for company events, trade shows, and team offsites.

  • Comfortable using AI tools (such as Claude, ChatGPT, or similar) as part of your day-to-day work — not just for occasional tasks, but as a regular part of how you get things done.

  • Able to apply good judgment about when AI output should be reviewed, refined, or set aside. You understand that AI accelerates work; humans own the outcome.

  • Curious about how AI could reshape your role and willing to experiment, share what you learn, and contribute to how we build these practices as a company.

THE NICE-TO-HAVES
  • Knowledge or experience in SaaS and the home improvement industry.

  • Experience generating demand into mid-market and enterprise segments, or moving a lead mix upmarket.

  • Hands-on experience with ABX or ABM platforms.

  • A working understanding of outbound and data-enrichment tools such as Apollo, Clay, and Instantly, and the ability to bring strong use cases to the team that runs them, even if the hands-on build stays with operations.

  • A test-and-learn mindset, with experience running structured experiments to improve funnel conversion and channel efficiency.

  • Strong understanding of business management CRM software and its application in improving business processes.

  • Experience building or refining AI workflows, prompts, or automations in a professional context.

  • Early-stage start-up (series A/B) experience.
