About Aleph

Aleph is an AI-native platform for Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), an established software category with a multi-billion market but no clear winner. We’re trying to solve a problem many finance teams are super familiar with: data scattered across a million systems, endless spreadsheets and way too much time spent getting numbers to line up instead of actually using them to make decisions.

Aleph was founded by Albert Gozzi and Santiago Perez De Rosso, two technical founders with backgrounds from Stanford and MIT and experience working at top-tier companies such as Google, Microsoft and Bain & Company. We’re backed by top VCs (Khosla Ventures, Bain Capital Ventures, YC, Picus Capital), and work with customers like Webflow, Notion, Zapier, Y Combinator and many others.

We are hiring remotely across the Americas (United States, Canada, LATAM).

What we’re looking for
We're hiring a Senior Demand Generation Manager to shape how demand is created, converted, and measured at Aleph. Marketing already runs campaigns, webinars, sponsorships, partnerships, lifecycle, and paid across LinkedIn, Meta, Google, and Reddit. This role is focused on making those efforts work together, getting more efficient over time, and growing qualified pipeline.

This is a senior role with real ownership over the number: someone who builds campaigns that span channels, owns the performance, and runs the measurement that tells us where to double down.

What you’ll be doing

  • Plan and run integrated campaigns across content, webinars, events, sponsorships, email, lifecycle, and paid

  • Drive qualified inbound pipeline growth, including efficiency and conversion across the funnel

  • Improve the path from first touch to booked meeting to qualified opportunity

  • Own paid strategy, including budget allocation, testing priorities, and channel performance

  • Develop nurture and re-engagement for prospects who are not ready to buy yet

  • Build clearer reporting and attribution so the team can see what's working and where to invest

About you

  • Experience owning B2B demand generation or pipeline growth, not just executing against someone else's number

  • A track record built on pipeline quality, not lead volume

  • Comfort marketing to a technical, considered-purchase audience that's quick to spot marketing language

  • Sound judgment on paid performance and conversion, and how to improve results across the funnel

  • Comfort making decisions on incomplete attribution

  • Hands-on and systems-oriented; you build in the tools rather than waiting on another team

  • A sharp, practical read on how AI speeds up and improves the work

  • The range to balance immediate opportunities with longer-term programs, without losing the thread

  • Nice to have

    • Experience marketing to CFOs, FP&A teams, or another expert B2B audience

    • SEO/AEO experience

    • Experience with paid creative, social, partnerships, or sponsorships

While this is a remote-first opportunity, we're focusing on candidates within the Americas to better align with our working hours as a team.
