Own and scale Swap's organic and demand-generation ecosystem: SEO/AEO/GEO, content, CRO, and AI-assisted workflows to turn the website into a pipeline engine. Align paid and organic, run experiments, improve conversion, build backlink programs, and report performance tied to pipeline with RevOps.

About Swap

Swap is the infrastructure behind modern agentic commerce. The only AI-native platform connecting backend operations with a forward-thinking storefront experience.

Built for brands that want to sell anything - anywhere, Swap centralises global operations, powers intelligent workflows, and unlocks margin-protecting decisions with real-time data and capability. Our products span cross-border, tax, returns, demand planning, and our next-generation agentic storefront, giving merchants full transparency and the ability to act with confidence.

At Swap, we’re building a culture that values clarity, creativity, and shared ownership as we redefine how global commerce works.

About the role

This is a dedicated ownership position responsible for:

  • Turning Swap's website into a compounding pipeline engine.

  • Winning the next phase of demand across AI-driven and traditional search.

  • Driving measurable organic growth across SEO, AEO, and GEO.

  • Converting traffic into pipeline through disciplined CRO and experimentation.

You will sit at the intersection of Brand, Product, Paid Media, and RevOps — building the content, architecture, and agentic workflows that let a lean team produce and optimize at scale.

Requirements
  • 5+ years in demand generation, growth, or organic marketing at a B2B SaaS or technology company, with a measurable pipeline track record.

  • Deep, hands-on expertise in technical and content SEO, with a strong point of view on AEO/GEO and AI-driven discovery.

  • Proven CRO experience - landing pages, experimentation, and funnel optimization that moved conversion, not just traffic.

  • Highly analytical and comfortable owning the numbers: search and web analytics, attribution, and performance reporting.

  • Fluency with AI-assisted and agentic content workflows, and a builder's instinct for turning manual work into scalable systems.

  • Strong cross-functional operator who can partner with brand, product, paid, sales, RevOps, and external agencies.

  • Execution-oriented and outcome-driven - you ship, measure, learn, and iterate quickly.

  • Experience with ecommerce or retail buyers, ABM motions, or structured data and schema markup is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve Swap's SEO, AEO, and GEO strategy - improving discoverability across traditional and AI-powered search surfaces.

  • Identify high-intent keyword opportunities aligned to pipeline and build content and page architecture to win them.

  • Partner with web, design, and brand teams to optimize site performance and conversion across the funnel.

  • Build a per-account and campaign landing page system that supports targeted and ABM growth motions.

  • Align paid and organic search strategy on keywords, audiences, and messaging to maximize efficiency.

  • Own the editorial calendar, asset library, and thought-leadership cadence aligned to demand and ABM.

  • Build scalable backlink and authority programs to strengthen domain authority and organic performance.

  • Design agentic, AI-assisted content workflows that accelerate high-quality production and optimization at scale.

  • Track and report on growth metrics tied to pipeline and revenue — and translate performance data into clear, prioritized action.

  • Partner with RevOps and analytics to improve attribution visibility and measurement frameworks across organic and paid.

Compensation

The base salary range for this role is $135,000–$170,000, plus equity and a competitive benefits package. Final offer is determined by experience, skills, and qualifications. We share in the long-term success you help build.

Benefits:

  • Competitive base salary 💰

  • Stock options in a high-growth startup 🚀

  • Competitive PTO with public holidays additional (and your birthday off!) 🌴

  • Pension contributions 🛡️

  • Private health 🏥

  • Gym and wellness benefits 💪

  • Mental health benefits 🧠

  • Quarterly team offsite budget 🎉

  • Thursday happy hour 🍻

  • Breakfast Mondays 🥐

Diversity & Equal Opportunities:

We embrace diversity and equality in a serious way. We are committed to building a team with a variety of backgrounds, skills, and views. The more inclusive we are, the better our work will be. Creating a culture of equality isn't just the right thing to do; it's also the smart thing.

  • Major Tech Employers: Google, Apple, Salesforce, Meta
