RequirementsAbout ECP

ECP is a market-leading SaaS platform built for senior living communities. We help operators run more efficient communities and deliver better care to residents. Today, more than 8,500 communities across the U.S. run on ECP.

We're growing, and we're building the marketing team to match.

The Opportunity

We're hiring a Demand Generation Strategist to own pipeline from marketing. This is a new role — the foundation is in place, but there's real runway to build, test, and shape how demand gen works at ECP, including how AI fits into the mix. It's a chance to make a measurable impact on pipeline at a company that's already a market leader in senior living.

That means building, running, and improving the programs that move prospects from first touch to sales-accepted opportunity. You'll manage paid media, email, content campaigns, lifecycle programs, and generate qualified pipeline.

This role also sits at the intersection of marketing and AI. You'll actively use and build AI-powered workflows and tools to improve targeting, speed, and campaign output. Not as an experiment — as part of how the work gets done.

You'll report to the Marketing Director and work closely with Sales, Creative, and Content.

Responsibilities
  • Pipeline contribution from marketing campaigns
  • Full-funnel performance from first touch through opportunity creation
  • Multi-channel demand generation programs across paid, email, content, and events
  • AI tools and agent-based workflows that improve campaign performance and speed
  • Lead generation and nurturing programs in HubSpot — workflows, segmentation, routing
  • Conversion rate optimization across the funnel — visitor, lead, MQL, SAL, opportunity
  • A/B testing across campaigns, landing pages, and emails
  • Paid media (Google, Meta, etc) as part of a broader pipeline strategy
  • Campaign reporting focused on pipeline, not activity
  • Sales alignment on lead quality, follow-up, and SAL conversion
What We're Looking For

Required:

  • 4+ years in demand generation, performance marketing, or a closely related role
  • A track record of owning pipeline targets — not just running campaigns
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads
  • Proficiency in HubSpot — workflows, segmentation, reporting
  • Strong grasp of full-funnel metrics: MQL, SAL, opportunity creation, pipeline contribution
  • Experience translating funnel data into campaign decisions
  • Has built or actively uses AI tools or automations in a marketing context
  • Comfortable working directly with Sales, Creative, and Leadership
  • Strong written communication
  • Experience in B2B SaaS or healthcare technology
  • Familiarity with senior living, long-term care, or similar regulated markets
