Our Senior Demand Planner is responsible for developing, maintaining, and improving Quva’s end‑to‑end demand forecasting processes to ensure accurate visibility into customer demand and support operational, financial, and supply chain decision‑making. This role partners closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, IT, and Commercial teams to build consensus forecasts, optimize inventory levels, and ensure the efficient flow of product across Quva’s multi‑site network. As a Senior Demand Planner, you will play a critical role in supporting Quva’s mission to expand access to high‑quality, affordable medications by driving forecasting excellence, data‑driven insights, and continuous improvement across the planning function.

 What the Senior Demand Planner Does Each Day:

  • Develop, consolidate, and maintain short‑, medium, and long‑term demand forecasts across assigned product portfolios
  • Analyze historical sales, customer consumption patterns, market trends, and external signals to improve forecast accuracy
  • Utilize advanced statistical models, scenario planning, and sensitivity analyses to support operational and financial planning
  • Monitor forecast KPIs (accuracy, bias, error, adherence) and recommend corrective actions to stakeholders
  • Facilitate demand review discussions within the S&OP process and ensure alignment across Commercial, Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations
  • Build consensus forecasts and communicate changes, risks, and opportunities to cross‑functional partners
  • Leverage and enhance demand planning tools within Infor to reduce manual processes and improve forecast automation
  • Support development of finished goods inventory strategies, including safety stock policies, segmentation, and lifecycle planning.
  • Identify and escalate supply risks that may impact service levels (e.g., shortages, bottlenecks, labor constraints)
  • Translate demand changes into actionable insights for supply planning, production scheduling, and capacity management
  • Collaborate with Production Scheduling and Operations to ensure demand signals align with capacity constraints and manufacturing priorities
  • Partner with Supply Planning, Logistics, and Distribution teams to ensure demand signals align with regional stocking strategies and distribution capacity
  • Provide analytical support for network modeling, redistribution needs, and capacity assessments
  • Contribute insights to improve hub stocking strategies, service levels, transportation modes, and customer delivery performance
  • Support initiatives that enhance network resiliency and mitigate risk across the U.S. distribution footprint
  • Maintain accuracy and integrity of planning data within ERP, APS (Infor), forecasting tools, and BI platforms
  • Support optimization of Infor APS parameters, calendars, and planning logic
  • Partner with IT and analytics teams to develop dashboards, exception‑based reporting, and automated forecasting workflows
  • Contribute to the implementation of advanced analytics, digital tools, and automation to enhance planning efficiency

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and identify actionable insights
  • Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel; comfort working with large datasets

Minimum Requirements for this Role:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Analytics, or related field
  • 5–7+ years of experience in demand planning, supply chain planning, or related operations roles
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and planning/analytics tools
  • Working knowledge of S&OP processes and ERP/MRP systems
  • Experience with forecasting tools, scenario planning, and/or financial modeling
  • Experience with creating BI report in PowerBI
  • Experience with SyteLine Advanced Planning and Scheduling (APS) and Advanced Forecasting
  • 18+ years of age
  • Able to successfully complete a drug and background check
  • Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; Quva is not able to sponsor applicants for work visas
