Think of all the ways that we explore and purchase products - direct from the source, other retail stores both on and offline. This team focuses on maintaining the branding and human-centered design thinking and experiences throughout indirect channel partners' digital ecosystem and drives strategies that provide customers with a thoughtful and engaging experience that stays on-brand.

As a Senior Designer focused on visual communication, crafting creative concepts that translate visually is your bread and butter. You are an original thinker and a team player—matching strategic direction with appropriate design results across digital experiences. In addition to creativity, keen attention to detail makes your work stellar.

You will:

  • Design digital solutions that meet or exceed strategic objectives.
  • Create highly usable interface solutions focused on user experience.
  • Rationalize solutions to project teams and clients.
  • Balance creative with client business requirements.
  • Design mood boards, storyboards, interactive page layouts, site grids and interface demos, photo retouches and enhancements, and animated GIFs.
  • Provide quality assurance on creative deliverables.
  • Build and maintain a rapport with creative team, account managers, and project managers.
  • Visualize and verbalize ideas to team and client.

You have:

  • 4-7+ years of working experience in digital design and interactive.
  • Strong digital design portfolio showcasing storytelling abilities through thoughtfully designed case studies.
  • Developed and diverse communication skills.
  • Ability to articulate creative ideas.
  • Proven aptitude for quick creative thinking with acute attention to detail within demanding deadlines.
  • A solid working knowledge of the latest versions of Mac OS, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • Figma, Photoshop and Sketch expertise, including file organization, and preparation of pixel-perfect files for design team use.
  • An understanding of the strengths and limitations of After Effects, Sketch, Principle as well as information architecture and hierarchy.
  • Comprehensive understanding of interactivity and the Web.
  • Illustration in both electronic and traditional media.

We continually review ranges to address skills, experience and markets. Base salaries are determined during our interview process, by assessing a number of factors that include, but aren’t limited to, a candidate’s experience and skills relative to the scope and responsibilities of the position. For current CM employees, tenure will also be a consideration.

$90$90 USD
