About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Designer to join our growing Marketing team. In this role, you will own the end-to-end design of core investor and issuer-facing experiences — from initial discovery through polished delivery — helping make a complex, highly regulated product feel intuitive and trustworthy. You will partner closely with Product Management and Engineering to shape how individuals and institutions access and manage tokenized real-world assets.

This is a high-impact IC role for a designer who thrives in ambiguity, brings both strategic thinking and pixel-level craft, and is energized by the challenge of designing at the frontier of fintech and blockchain.

Responsibilities
  • Own end-to-end design for key product surfaces — from user research and concept exploration through wireframes, prototypes, and final specs delivered to engineering.
  • Design for complex workflows including investor onboarding, KYC/AML flows, portfolio dashboards, and secondary market trading experiences.
  • Lead discovery efforts, including user interviews, competitive analysis, and usability testing, to ground design decisions in real user needs.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers to define scope, surface tradeoffs, and ship high-quality work on time.
  • Contribute to and help evolve Securitize's design system, ensuring consistency across web and mobile product surfaces.
  • Translate regulatory and compliance constraints into elegant, user-friendly solutions without sacrificing clarity or trust.
  • Communicate design rationale clearly to cross-functional stakeholders, including leadership.
  • Champion user-centered design practices across the organization.
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of product/UX design experience, with a portfolio demonstrating ownership of complex, multi-step user flows.
  • Strong proficiency in Figma, including component libraries, auto-layout, and prototyping.
  • Experience designing data-dense, compliance-sensitive, or regulated products (fintech, banking, healthcare, or similar).
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct and synthesize user research to inform design decisions.
  • Solid understanding of interaction design principles and responsive web design.
  • Clear and confident communicator — able to present work, defend decisions, and incorporate feedback constructively.
  • Comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced, fully remote environment.
Nice to Have
  • Experience designing for blockchain, tokenization, digital securities, or alternative investment platforms.
  • Familiarity with design systems at scale — building and maintaining shared component libraries.
  • Exposure to accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design practices.
  • Prior experience at a high-growth fintech or financial services company.

Why Join Us?

Become a part of our rapidly expanding organization and enjoy a supportive and rewarding work environment:

  • Flexible Paid Time Off – Promoting a healthy work-life balance.
  • Equity Grant Opportunities – Share in the success and future growth of the company.
  • Remote Work Flexibility – Work from anywhere while staying connected with a dynamic and collaborative team.
