The opportunity:

Job Overview:

The Senior Developer, Workday guides a team responsible for the development, integration, and support of Workday. This role also plays a key role in designing, building, and optimizing Workday solutions across HCM and Finance.

What will you do:

  • Manage a team of business systems developers from third party integrators

  • Design, build, test, and deploy Workday solutions including Studio Integrations, Core Connectors, EIBs

  • Develop and maintain advanced calculated fields, condition rules, business processes, dashboards, and reports

  • Configure and optimize Workday modules such as HCM, Compensation, Recruiting, Talent, Absence, Time Tracking, Finance and Payroll

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration- Work closely with HR, Finance, Sales, and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions

  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders and technical teams

  • Align business systems initiatives with enterprise goals

  • Resolve technical and team-related issues.

  • Manage implementation partner relationships

  • Keep abreast of new integration and data tools and technologies

  • Troubleshoot and resolve support issues as needed

What will you bring:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in enterprise application development of Workday

  • Hands-on experience with Workday HCM and/or FINS

  • Deep knowledge or ability to come up to speed quickly on Business Systems and Business Processes across domains (FIN and HCM)

  • Demonstrates a deep understanding of business models, business processes, and how these areas of the business manifest across all Finance and HR systems and applications

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

  • Working knowledge of integration tools- Informatica and dbt (preferred) or Mulesoft, TibCo

  • Experience with Workday studio (XSLT), Foundational Data Model (FDM), Report Writing and RAAS (Reporting as a Service)

Preferred Certifications

  • Workday Pro Certification

$140,000 - $160,000 based on experience

Above is the annualized pay range for this position. In addition, this position includes the opportunity to earn our annual Performance Based Variable Pay Program. Actual salary will be set based upon a range of factors, including external benchmark market data, individual knowledge, skills, experience, location and internal equity.
