Position Overview

We are building the infrastructure for the next generation of AI-powered advertising verification at scale. Our DevOps US Hub team in NYC sits at the nexus of platform engineering and artificial intelligence, supporting systems that process billions of impressions daily from the world's largest social media platforms. This role is for someone who thinks like a software engineer first and brings that mindset to infrastructure. You'll be architecting and owning critical platforms while pioneering new capabilities in AI agent deployment - working with emerging technologies like LangChain and Agent Development Kit to build what doesn't exist yet. You'll have significant autonomy and impact, working across multiple engineering teams to define standards, build tooling, and shape how hundreds of developers interact with our infrastructure. If you want to build the future rather than just maintain the present, this is your opportunity.

Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain AI agents and Agentic infrastructure, working closely with development teams to enable rapid deployment of agentic solutions
  • Plan, develop and support projects in collaboration with the multidisciplinary DevOps teams
  • Design, deploy, secure and own Kubernetes platform (Cloud and Data Centers)
  • Create tools to manage our CI/CD - operators, microservices, and other management tools
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of new products and features, making sure they are all developed so they fit nicely in DV infrastructure
  • Work alongside the development teams to provision, automate, and tune multiple environments across cloud platforms
Who You Are
  • 5+ years as a DevOps Engineer or Platform Engineer
  • 3+ years experience in managing/owning a Kubernetes-based platform
  • 2+ years engineering experience outside of DevOps
  • Experience with developing AI workloads (e.g., LangChain, ADK) is a plus
  • GCP or AWS experience
  • Ability to leverage application and system metrics, log events, and wire data to analyze performance
  • Team player with an ability to work independently and good communication skills
  • Strong desire to improve the developer experience of engineers that use our tools and software
  • Believer in creating systems that encourage automation, observability and ease of maintenance
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical experience
The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on a number of non-discriminating factors, including qualifications for the role, level, skills, experience, location, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at DV. The estimated salary range for this role, based on the qualifications set forth in the job description, is between $73,500- $213,000. This role will also be eligible for bonus/commission (as applicable), equity, and benefits. The range above is for the expectations as laid out in the job description; however, we are often open to a wide variety of profiles, and recognize that the person we hire may be more or less experienced than this job description as posted.

Not-so-fun fact: Research shows that while men apply to jobs when they meet an average of 60% of job criteria, women and other marginalized groups tend to only apply when they check every box. So if you think you have what it takes but you’re not sure that you check every box, apply anyway!
