Looking for a 3-4 month contractor at 30 hours a week at $70-90/hr depending on experience
The role
This is a contract role for an experienced Senior Digital Marketing Designer who can concept, execute, and deliver across multiple channels. You’ll report to the Director of Design, work closely with marketing, and own your process from idea through production, ensuring everything aligns with our brand and campaign goals. You’ll also be leveraging upcoming brand work to help define how Peerspace shows up to new audiences in the luxury travel and experience space.
What you’ll work on
You’ll be asked to balance creative excellence with marketing performance — producing work that is both beautiful and effective. Collaborate with marketing managers to develop campaign visuals and shape complementary messaging. While marketing leads copy, you'll contribute headlines and taglines that ensure your designs and their message work as one cohesive unit.
Design marketing campaign assets across channels
Social & paid media: Meta advertising, TikTok, and Pinterest creative
Landing pages: Design and develop new pages for campaigns
Email marketing: Update monthly templates and create one-off campaign layouts
Blog & content: Source and edit images, develop new blog components
Partnership materials: Support co-marketing initiatives
Producing motion-based assets such as short animations or social video treatments when needed.
Responsibilities:
* Own the end-to-end design deliverables for marketing initiatives, from concept through production and delivery.
* Combine strong visual design with effective copywriting to clearly and persuasively communicate campaign ideas.
* Foster collaboration with marketing managers and stakeholders by actively listening to feedback and articulating the reasoning behind your design decisions to build trust and alignment.
* Ensure creative work aligns with Peerspace’s brand standards, voice, and positioning.
* Present concepts and campaign designs clearly, incorporate feedback, and iterate efficiently.
* Manage your own deadlines and communication in a fast-paced, fully remote environment.
* Maintain organized files and design assets for use across the marketing team.
Qualifications:
* 5+ years of experience in marketing, brand, or visual design roles, collaborating with marketing, growth, and creative stakeholders to bring campaigns to life.
* Strong written communication skills, with the ability to craft and refine marketing copy that enhances visual storytelling.
* Proven ability to develop and refine campaign concepts and produce high-quality creative across digital channels.
* Expertise in Figma, with proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects for content creation and motion work.
* Strong understanding of brand systems, typography, color, and layout across digital and print.
* Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple marketing requests in a fast-paced environment.
*Bonus: Experience working on brands in the luxury, lifestyle, or travel space.
